Nice conclusion, Apprentice! There were a couple of moments where a line or two seemed a bit forced, but all in all, it was a great read from beginning to finish.  |

I agree this was a great read but it was my least favorite of the four issues. I felt that some of the great characterization and dialogue was missing from this one.
I certainly didn't expect this story to end this way as I had no inkling Omen would turn on her master. She actually saved the day. Without her, the New Outsiders would be finished and I would miss reading one of my favorite DC2 titles.
Pity the poor Birds. They get the crap kicked out of them (hell the entire NO did) and for all intents and purposes the bad guys got away. Though I sure would hate to be the Overmaster right now.
Overall I very much enjoyed this entire mini series. It was fun, entertaining and I would love to see more.
