It was a good read, although the period of time wasn't always logical. The Batmobile with Bruce was in Keystone within what, three seconds? Tim was still reading the letter and Bruce was already there. That confused me. Where did the Titans get the new costumes from?
All in all it was a good story and I'm looking forward to #3.

This is an elseworlds story. In the elseworlds DC2 universe, the Batmobile can teleport to other cities... ...or it was just a mistake on my part. It'd be nice to just use that excuse for every question about the story though. "It's elseworlds!" Can't argue with that. That is explained in #3, but it's a brief explanation and doesn't really effect the story much, so it wouldn't hurt to spoil it here. Each of the Titans were told in their letters where to find their costumes; a suit for Conner in the Fortress of Solitude, a suit for Tim in the bat cave, all prepared by their respective mentors. So in the couple hours that pass between Flash disappearing and the villains approaching Ray, they're reading their letters and going to get their suits/equipment.

I'm not sure if it's the writer or the editor, but someone needs to pay more attention to tense shifts and what should and shouldn't be italicized.

I'm guessing that any tense shifts are my fault (I'll to look over the issue again to see where I did), but any time Tim is narrating it should be italicized, I'm not sure what happened there but I'll try to get artteach to fix that.

It's down at the bottom of the main Elseworlds section I guess.
