Read this issue last night, and I really enjoyed it. Glad to see Johns has explained the whole "my Dad framed for murdering my Mom" retcon--- I hope he gets it fixed, though, as it changes Barry a little ("Batmanizes" him, if you will--- and we really don't need that with this character). I'm stuck wondering if Johns was feigning ignorance about Barry's parents now, which, at the time made him look like he didn't know the character he was writing. If not, very well done, but this could actually be a hasty recton, you know? Would be a shame. |
