I'd just like to say now, that in my opinion Action Comics is going to be an awesome place to be in the coming months.
In no particular order we're going to have: Thrills; Chills; Spills and the return of a one of the scariest villains in the DC2: NEXT ISSUE.
The enigmatic DrDread, who is basically the guiding light on the book for me (here and over in The Question!) has helped shape a storyline that will shake Superman to the core, not just in the main book, but also over in Action Comics Annual #1, coming next month!
Roy Flinchum, one of the greatest cover artists on this site, will be flexing his writing chops with me on our new back up series “Escape To Krypton”, which has real repercussions for the main story that will unfold over the next few months. He’s also one of the co-plotters on the upcoming story arc, which you’ll have to read to believe!
[name redacted], writer of the Elseworlds series The Knight will be co-writing me on the main story itself, and we promise you that it’s going to be one hell of a roller coaster ride! Now, if I can just send him the plots so he can shoot them down like the egomaniac that he is, we can get into #16!

Interesting how the Guardian made his appearance with him jogging on the rooftops. ;D I can't wait to see the story unfold for Steel. But for me, I can't wait for the annual. I will be looking forward to that specific issue. You know why too !!! Rock On Mischief

You had some really good stuff in here. You've really got the cast of the Daily Planet nailed! Parasite was one creepy dude! All in all, a good story.

OK so there was a lot going on here. But sometimes I was lost when it felt like the story ran a little too lose. I was confused by the Parasite part until it was mentioned that this was a different man then the first, I think. Why was he attracted to Smallville and Superman? Was the other Parasite battle shown before? I am not a fan of Lois Lane all that much and this issue reminded me why that was. I was also confused by both incarnations of Bloodsport here or did I miss something again? The Guardians cool but I don't ever recall him or anyone else mentioning the Global Guardians before? OK that one was poking fun and you know why. But glad to see Harper turn up again. Overall this was a fun issue which had a few nice little twists toward the end. Can't wait for the annual and to see some of the stuff that was hyped here in the letter page. Sounds like a solid team will be leading this book to great heights! Roy put out one of the coolest/creepiest villain covers ever this month! I look forward to the cover each month as much as the story itself and am never disappointed!

OK so there was a lot going on here. But sometimes I was lost when it felt like the story ran a little too lose. Yeah, I totally agree. A lot was going on, because a lot had to be told! This issue, like the last, underwent quite a few rewrites at the eleventh hour, so some things got messed up... Superman is like a massive battery of power, and Parasite was attracted to it. I think Green Lantern was in the air or in some other guys body at the time, so that other battery of power was unattainable by ol' Pari;) And the OTHER Parasite and the OTHER battle (guh) is "the first time Superman and Captain Marvel Sr ever fought together", and I'm HOPING that Dave does something with that sometime, instead of dropping story threads for other people to be tripped up on Me neither... But why don't you like her? I'm going to try and make her a bit... I don't know. Softer. She always struck me as an uber obsessive person, and I don't get why people would like her that much. She's just not that nice. Chloe Sullivan on the other hand... Mmmmmm There was a big conspiracy subplot concerning Bloodsport I, but that had to be cut because this run is going to be bursting at the seems already without the revelation that a General under Max Lord was sending out assassins to kill Lex Luthor. Or have I said too much? The Guardian... ...Is going to be sharing the focus of Action Comics for a while. Yes it will! Yes he did!

Loved this issue. I was a bit confused the first time I read it but the second time through I really liked it. Keep it up.
