Wow. Lex is losing it. I'm kind of surprised that Ma sold the farm; hope she's okay. The Kane Foundation was a nice touch. The Fortress of Solitude was cool too, even with the "security breach".

I told the writer in private what I thought, but it deserves to be said out here, so everyone can read it.
I always find myself repeating myself, when it comes to this character and this writer: This is how Superman should be written. Leagues better than myself, I believe, with stories that I wouldn't have imagined doing. I mean a Wendigo? Not a antagonist I would expect to see in Action Comics! Doctor Occult yeah, around #7, but not that I'm going to reveal any plans I had here!
Lex Luthor is coming undone. The seeds of which, I believe, are sowed in the soon-to-be-sent-to-the-editor Action Comics Annual #2, which sets up Roy's run in ways, and ties mine up in a violent little bow.
Loved the Kane Foundation, though I sometimes get irritated some what by the lack of "Created by Kane and Finger" credit that goes on the books. I always thought it was a co-credit that should be there. But that's for elsewhere on the site.
All in all, a very cool story, loved the fact you picked up on the Lightray plot point from #19, and I can't wait to see where you go next.
Oh, I thought Superman not heat-visioning Lois out of her bind was a bit... Questionable.
But all in all, God-Damn fantastic!

Playing catch up on all the issues that I have missed here.
It worked pretty well except for the whole time Batman kept referring to him as Lassie.
That was a great line!
Admittedly, I am not as familiar with some of the plot threads prior to your run began a few issues ago, but I enjoyed the way focused on several things at once.
The selling of the Kent family farm to the Kane foundation was a nice touch.
Seeing Luthor unravel is fun to watch. Jimmy better watch out!
I also wonder what will happen when Toyman finally wakes up.
The Fortress of Solitude ‘secret origin’ was done well.
The highlight of this issue though, was the interaction between Martha and Clark. You have an incredible handle on the human side of Superman that showcases why, when done properly is truly a treat to read.
The cover was spot on and really complimented the story well. Nice nod there with Swan reality.
4 stars.

Well, John, if you want some clue as to what Toyman will be like when he wakes up from his coma, check out the fine work he's been doing as the resident technician for Injustice, Unlimited over in Justice League. Of course, that beggars the question: "What's he doing in IU if he's in a coma in Metropolis?" I hope it beggars the question, at least. It should, right? Take care Don
