First off I have to get a few things out of the way. I have never been a big fan of Hal Jordan so I put off reading this and issue 4 for a while. But I am playing catch up so i can read issue 5 tonight. I just read DC the New Frontier yesterday for the first time and loved the way Hal was portrayed so I hurried and read this issue and it brought a big smile to my face. It's hard to hide the obvious influence that series has on this one. I loved that book so this is a good thing. I can't wait to see how the whole Flagg/DEO thing plays out! Bishop 1? Isn't that another government group? As for Hal and Guy in this story; I cringed with the way Guy was portrayed because he seemed over the top to me. I like Guy but does he have to be such an ass to make Hal look better? Hal, I am slowly coming around on so keep up the good work. Overall I am really digging this story a lot!
