Short, sharp, and to the point! Really enjoyed this issue, Henshaw is being set up as quite the intriguing character, and his willpower is off the charts! I thought the one problem your earlier issues had was the fact that I didn't feel Hank was defined at all well. He was a fearless hot shot pilot. Sound familiar? So it's good to finally get a real idea of who he is, and where he's going.
Looking forward to whatever the hell that cliffhanger means!

This thing gets twistier and twistier as it goes....should I be worried about Hank? Given what happened to his regular DC counterpart, and all...

It does seem like Hank is awfully similar to our Hal Jordan doesn't it? We've gotten a pretty good look at what makes Hal tick in the past few issues...I wonder what makes Hank 'go'? Yeah, I wonder what it means too... Jerk.

In the regular DC, he was a well respected LexCorp pilot, who was chosen among three others to be among the crew of the experimental shuttle The Excaliber. So to answer your question, no, Hank will NOT be working for Lex Luthor in the foreseeable future. Glad I could help!

another great issue. I think Hank's character is growing into someething really awesome. I love the way this book has taken a different turn from the norm, and it makes this story even more intriguing.
Also, a really terrific cover! Loving this book!

Good character issue, from Hal's arguing with Jim and Ace to Hank's training. I get an unsettling feeling from Hank, but maybe he's just more of a Guy Gardner type. It could be his incredible willpower. That's probably all it is.
Nice setup for next issue. Gotta see where this goes.

Hank is going to be growing as a hero before our very eyes, and the quest starts here! I'm doing some (hopefully) unique things with GL coming up, and I hope you stick around. I can't take credit for the cover. Otherwise, I would.

If you like this stuff, you'll LOVE GLC: Liberation written by our very own House of Mystery (/shameless plug). Even more GL goodness...

Loved it! I could almost hear Henshaw calling his ring 'my precious'...
If (or when) he goes the route of his DC counterpart, I just hope that it's a slow decent. It seems as though there's more to his psyche than just a hotshot pilot who's been given a ring. He seems more like an insecure hotshot pilot out to prove something to someone.
The cliffhanger ending made me speed right on over to Liberation... you guys and your storytelling's giving me heart palpitations!
It was fantastic seeing Ace again, and your research into the road trip to El Mirage dry lakebed was spot on as well. Makes me want to hop in the car and head on over to watch the excitement!
5 stars!

While I wouldn't quite put Hank on a Gollum level yet, I can agree that he is very fond of his ring...all the while being VERY good at using it. While I wouldn't call him insecure, I will say that there is something behind his typical pilot's arrogance...something VERY similar to what lurks inside of Hal. The synergy of the two twin titles is going to be even more apparent in GL18 and GLC:Liberation 4...that I can promise! Thanks for reading, and appreciating the attempts at synergy with your origin story for Mr. Jordan.

Well, thanks for sticking around...I can promise the stories will keep coming! Also, any other fans of the whole Green Lantern mythos would love another message board that myself and some other DC2 creators hang out some time. www.thegreenlanterncorps.com/forum/Keep it green, boys and girls!
