Heheh. Good partnership between Dick and Kyle.
(As an iced tea drinker, this one hit closer to home than many other stories!)
What a amusingly small and mean little villain, too! Heheh!

I read issue #24 and liked it, and I just read 25 and there were some points where I was laughing my A** off since I can very well picture some of the things that Kyle and Dick were doing and how thier interactions remind me of Hal and Bruce.
But anyways I am rattling, but again I am loving this and hope that Kyle will continue to work with Dick.
ps: dragon has a crush on Kyle Rayner. He is the best. Yes and none of the rest can do anything against him truly they can't.
Dragon is flying off to her cave to await next month's issue.

Haven't had a chance to read this issue yet, but I will. But I just had to comment on the cover. That's the best damn tribute to a classic television show that I've ever seen.

Glad you liked it, Jay! Yeah, our family drinks... massive amounts of tea, haha. Which is why it popped into my head one day that that might be a possible terrorist plot, to which my mom, who had been staring blankly at me the whole time, just said, "....wow... that's... kinda scary... y'know, I have laundry to do, you... go have some tea or something..." Lol. And credit goes to Ramon for the 'amusingly small and mean little villain'! I couldn't decide on one, so he handled it! Great to hear from ya, Mischief... glad you guys enjoyed it. Haha, Kyle amused me, so maybe when I come back I'll have to do more with him... And now I'm off... Dad just finished a jug of iced tea, and I have to, uh, taste-test!

I had a blast with this issue. The dialogue was crisp and entertaining to the max. I never realized how different and how much fun Dick and Kyle could be together. Some very good moments all around, and Nightwing thinking about his past and being used as bait, was an interesting take. Bravo for that alone! What I really thought was great about this issue was that there was no world threat, no big baddie. Just some nice street level crime that needed the use of a very good detective and a somewhat green sidekick. We need more Ion around here! Really, we do! Of course, the cover was excellent, as I already stated. We need more nods to old television shows. Hint Hint. Great job to everyone involved.

I knew you had it in you, Im! A really good capper to a really good little arc, and Ramon's taint was blatant throughout! All in all, a very good arc (I keep saying good, I think it might mean something ) and I can't wait to read your next issue! Again, great characterisation, great dialogue, and a great ending. Whilst I'm not a major fan of Ion, he really worked here, and I can't wait for more.
