That Corinthian dude is one weird mother fumbler! I like the mythology of serial killers you've created here, it's really tight and it creates a whole sea of possibilities for future stories concerning everyone! You made Mr Terrible kind of cool! But if there's a Mr Terrible... There's got to be a counterpoint, hasn't there? Someone to show that something's aren't terrible, but are in fact... Terrific? If you've read All Star Comics Annual #1 you know that something have been rewritten due to Per Degaton's messing with history, but if there was ever an oppurtunity to spawn a new Mr Terrific from this story, I've never seen it! Anyway, I'm enjoying the mythology of the Corinthian in the DC2, and I cannot wait to read more!

I was just speaking to Dave about this yesterday!
But otherwise, I enjoyed this tale too. It had a kind of humor to it, though a sad one if that makes any sense (sounds like an oxymoron, I know).

That's what I was going for. Kind of like when people see a three legged dog, they laugh for a second then it hits them and it's like "Oh..." Glad you guys liked it.

I really enjoyed this. Loved the black comedy aspect of it, especially with the football game scene.

Very interesting story. I have to agree that the football scene was probably my favorite as well. It was a good job all the way around. Hope to see more of your stuff.

I didn't laugh, I just felt sorry for the poor fool.
I see that the Corinthian is becoming the bonding glue of this series.

I like it. Mr. Terrible is introduced into DC2 continuity, making him an actual character, unlike what happened in mainstrem where he was just a background character in Villains United. Plus, Corinthian returns! He seems to be an interesting recurring character in RG. Keep up the good work!

I wouldn't say that, Jay, but I can see where you're coming from, seeing that the last two issues feature him. I love this "legacy" of serial killers the writer is creating, and even though he's not writing it, I can't wait for the next issue, which, coincidently, doesn't feature Corinthian, but the Catman! Wotcha!

Aww...I might have wanted to possibly do Catman in the next year or so if time permits...

After this Catman will be center stage in Suicide Squad for a while.....but that certainly doesn't prevent something from being worked out, as it was in this case.

great story. I, too, like the commen thread that has run in the last two issue's. A really nice job, all the way around. I've got one more story planned with The Corinthian. In it though, him running around all of creation is going to bite him in the @ss. He's got a lot to answer for, and theres only one guy with enough balls to take him down. Crow knows who, and I'm not telling who it is until the issue is out.

That was terrible. No, I'm kidding, I just couldn't resist starting the post like that. ;D Good writing, but it read more like an average horror story to me than a fanfic, since I've never heard of Mr. Terrible. Hard to think of him as a villain, he strikes me as a bad-luck magnet. Definitely feel sympathy for him, and I hope Corinthian stops screwing with him soon, he sounds like he needs a break.

This was more of an origin for him though. And usually the bad guys don't start as a bad guy... Well, most of the time they do, but sometimes they don't. I hope to go back to this character later, and have him become more of a villain... Albeit not a very competant villain.

Oh I forgot to mention that I love the cover. I mean, wow that is an awesome cover. Forget the story, just stare at that cover for a few minutes and that's good enough! Whoever drew it, thank ya kindly.
