Very nice work, glad to see El Diablo in action I have to admit. And a nice tie in to WWQ as well.

This was a smokin' hot story!!! It has everything! Mystery, intrigue, violence, friendship... I could go on but I don't want to give anything away!

Very cool insight into the character of Lazarus Lane, Susan! I've always liked El Diablo, be it his original incarnation, the modern day version, or the new version that DC presented recently in his own miniseries. As always, your attention to detail when it comes to the West is impeccable, your character moments spot on, and your writing-- some of the best on the site. Keep up the good work, and I look forward to the next issue of WWQ

You guys should really be thanking Jayson for the story. He asked me a couple months back if I had a Jonah Hex or Bat Lash villain that I wanted to spotlight, and in the middle of telling him that there's very few recurring baddies in Western comics, I remembered this idea I'd cooked up at least a year ago. So Jayson gets half-credit for jogging my memory. ;D In all honesty, I'm not a big El Diablo fan...but like all the other characters I've worked on here for DC2, I found an angle on him that's never really been explored, so that's what I focused on. Plus, this piece has got some major foreshadowing in it for an upcoming WWQ event (yes, there's an ulterior motive to helping out Jayson!), and if you keep an eyes peeled in July's WWQ#15, you might spot some more hints at what's to come.

Well to me.. Rogues Gallery is about spotlighting writers and do what they do with the Villian side of things. So, I llike the tie ins very much. I hope it's a tradition that continues for all our titles. Thanks for the praise Susan, but your a writer in your own class (First class ) Trevor did a great job with this cover... take care, Z.
