Kyle "Ace" MorganHeight: 6’1" Weight: 188 Hair: Blonde/white Eyes: Blue Known Relatives: Joshua (father, deceased); Travis (brother, presumed deceased); June (wife); Oliver Queen (second cousin); Harold ‘Hal’ Jordan (godson) First DC2 Appearance: Tales of the Green Lantern Corps #3History: Very few people have lived a life as full as Kyle Morgan. His older brother Travis was a famous Air Force pilot that was shot down during a ‘routine’ reconnaissance mission. Neither his body, nor his plane were ever found. Travis was always Kyle’s hero & the younger Morgan decided to follow in his brothers footsteps… eventually. Kyle, now nick-named ‘Ace’ and his best friend Leslie ‘Rocky’ Davis, along with pals Matthew ‘Red’ Ryan and Mark ‘Prof.’ Haley formed a small team of adventurers known as the ‘Challengers of the Unknown’. For several years the Challengers, or Challs for short, embarked on missions that took them from one end of the globe to the other, and on at least two separate occasions, into space! Several of their adventures brought Ace into contact, and at odds with a Government ‘Spook’ named King Faraday. After the Challs final adventure, Ace joined the Air Force where he befriended a younger pilot named Martin ‘Martini’ Jordan. The two sparked up a friendship that was, at times, more of a rivalry. The two flew together for years and it was Martin’s wife, Jessica, that introduced Ace to his future wife June Robbins. June was a Computer Scientist that Ace quickly fell head over heels for. The two were marred after a short courtship. Shortly after his second child, Harold, was born, Martin retired from the Air Force and went to work for a new Aerospace company called Ferris Aircraft. Ace was asked to be Hal’s Godfather, a role to which Ace heartily accepted since he & June couldn’t have children of their own. Upon Martin’s death in a plane crash, Ace stepped in as surrogate father to all three Jordan children, helping Jessica through many hard times. Ace, now a Colonel, sponsored Hal’s application into the Air-Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and watched proudly as his surrogate son excelled. He took pride in the fact that Hal never once took advantage of Ace’s position, determined to make it on his own. Ace watched proudly as Hal quickly moved through the ranks eventually making the rank of Lieutenant. After several years apart, fate intervened, bringing them together under the command of four-star General Richard Flagg at the Edwards Air-Force Base Flight Test Center in California. Ace watched in horror as an alien spacecraft crashed, nearly killing Hal & fellow pilot Guy Gardner. Remarkably Hal survived without a scratch. When the seemingly unaged DEO (Department of Extra-normal Affairs) Director King Faraday appeared at the Air Base to interrogate Hal, Ace’s over-protective side reappeared. He secretly contacted his old friends from the Challengers aprising them of the situation. The Challengers stood ready to reactivate, if needed, on a moments notice

AqualadGarth was the forgotten son of the Idyllists, a group of intellectuals and peace-minded Atlanteans that would flee the city in times of war and conflict to continue their work in the sciences uninterrupted and free of the whims of warlords. They would take residence in the hidden city of Shayeris, a place carved in mountain stone before the sinking of the island continent and used as refuge by the Idyllists for millennia. Garth’s family led the secret society from the sunken city during the tumultuous times of King Trevis and the tyrants that followed, but even in peace trouble pursued them and Garth’s father, Thar, was betrayed and murdered by the dark magicks of his brother Slizzath. Fearing for her unborn child, Garth’s mother, Berra, fled to Poseidonis, but her vigil was brief as the child was born with eyes of purple, the mark of sorcery. Long had Atlanteans feared magick as it had always been used and exploited against them by terrible men. Berra fled again to the Idyllists who were then plagued by Slizzath’s dark ambitions. Thar had imprisoned his brother by turning his magick against him before his death, but the wizard was still able to manipulate forces against the Idyllists. And even among the intelligencia of Shayeris the curse remained as they feared that, as the son of Thar, Garth would be used undo Slizzath’s prison and release his wrath on them. So eventually, during dark hours, Garth left in a self-imposed exile and found his alone. But he was different than most Atlanteans, stronger and more in tune with the ocean life around him, and by that was able to survive. He lived this way for some time returning to visit his mother whenever possible. He lived in solitude until befriended by a young humanoid amphibian named Tramm. The two had many adventures but eventually Garth decided to participate in the most revered event in Atlantis, Neptune’s Champion Games, in hopes to gain new acceptance for his people to return to the city. The Games were interrupted by the pirate Black Manta and his raiders and Garth bravely helped repel the attack. He gained the admiration and trust of the King and went on to take a special place in the High Guard as its youngest member. When he began to accompany the King on adventures to the surface he was named Aqualad by the media. Garth is stronger and faster than most Atlanteans. He is also able to communicate with the sea life around him. He has displayed more abilities beyond this as a user of magick, but is careful to conceal them as it would renew fears among the citizens of Atlantis about the danger of the Dark Arts of the Old Ones; and, as foretold in prophecy, a betrayer and user of sorcery will be bring about the final and ultimate destruction of Atlantis.

BizarroSecret Identity:None Aliases:None First DC2 Appearance: Adventures of Superman #2 Status:Semi-sentient clone Base of Operations:Metropolis Occupation:Lackey of Lex Luthor HT:6’3’’ WT:235 lbs Eyes:Black Hair:Black Powers and Abilities:Presumably all the same powers as Superman, but without his weakness to Kryptonite and red sun radiation History:Born in the amniotic chemtanks of the LexCorp-funded top secret Project Cadmus, Bizarro is Lex Luthor’s answer to Superman. Headed up by the brilliant polymath Dr. Emil Hamilton, Project Cadmus undertook a years’ long surreptitious study of the Man of Steel using the most sensitive and sophisticated equipment designed to study every biological aspect of the Kryptonian physiognomy--- with the intention of duplicating it in the lab! Without Kryptonian genetic material, Luthor was forced to develop a kind of adaptive protoplasmic organic substance, but the result was a creature that Dr. Hamilton deemed an abomination of science: Luthor bonded Kryptonite to his Bizarro’s genetic code, not enough to make it radioactive, but enough to allow its unique adaptive cellular structure to mimic a Kryptonian’s! In the end, Luthor was able to acquire Kryptonian DNA, salvaged from Kru-El’s attack on his half brother, Superman, and used it as the last piece of the puzzle for his Jigsaw Man, his Bizarro 1.0. The adaptive genetic protoplasm that was the heart of the monster’s cellular structure bonded successfully with the Kryptonian DNA, making Bizarro more than a match for the Tigress of Zod, Faora Jax-Ur. A mindless, savage brute, Bizarro is utterly the creature of Luthor, and a pawn in his feud with Superman. Bizarro 1.0 itself has not yet been measured against his genetic progenitor, but recently the primeval Kryptonian entity called Black Zero created a horde of inferior simulacrums of Bizarro to attack Metropolis, but those creations died when Superman defeated the ancient deity.

Black MantaManta spent most of his young life shuffling through the system of child services. His father had been found dead at sea along with the wreckage of his ship, and his mother, overcome with grief, soon took her own life, leaving the boy without a family. He was unusually bright and worked often with gadgets and devices, improving on them or combining them in new ways. But his hard knock life also led him into immorality, theft, and thuggery. He took a particular interest in torturing a young yellow-haired boy that landed in the same home as he in his later teens only to be bested by him. After leaving behind a life of foster homes and orphanages as a legal adult, he sought out the only survivor of the accident that taken his father’s life years earlier, a man who had been institutionalized for many years. Manta listened carefully to the man’s claims of “men from beneath the sea” and knew it was true. He worked inside the shipping circuit for a brief time and quickly found a similar breed of men and it wasn’t long before they had robbed a number of ships working for Aquatica International. They requisitioned a number of new technologies from their looting on a variety of ships, including the U.S. Navy, and quickly turned money for it in the black market, but not before Manta used the tech for himself. After a number of years plaguing the high seas, Manta made a name for himself and acquired a formidable arsenal, but always avoided detection through a cloaking device he had developed. Along his dealings in the underworld he learned more of Atlantis and its treasure and decided on it as his ultimate target. Through an alliance with a shadowy waterbreather, Black Manta successfully raided the city, but not before striking a blow to a number of Atlanteans and his formal rival now turned King. Now rich with the wealth of Atlantis, Manta has the resources to deliver a final revenge on his childhood enemy, Aquaman. Black Manta is a normal man equipped with deadly weapons and accessories. He wears an exosuit that increases his strength and endurance greatly. He also uses a complex helmet that gives him a broad range of visual and tactical features as well as being a life support apparatus. His weaponry includes lasers, cloaking devices, and a variety of other things as yet unrevealed.

Captain KrellCornelius Krell was born to a privileged family that would frequent the water on boating trips and excursions. At a young age, Krell was lost in the water and would have drowned if not having been rescued by the aquatic hero of the day, Neptune Perkins. This left an indelible impression on the young boy who then became obsessed with the world’s oceans. Devoting his life to the pursuit of furthering man’s involvement in the ocean depths, Krell worked tirelessly, building a company that innovated the associated marine technologies and used the sea as a resource in every possible way, but at the cost of his own marriage. He continued to build a small empire and looked to expand it into the ocean itself by building an undersea city. Krell wanted to pioneer the colonization of the ocean floor, but saw one immediate threat to his ambitions – the enigmatic water dweller, Aquaman. Krell enacted a plan to capture and experiment on the sea king but failed at the cost of his own daughter’s life. His scheme did yield the information to him of the existence of Atlantis, and now seeks to undermine both the King of the Sea and his city as a way of destroying what he perceives as the only stumbling block in his conquest of the oceans of the world. Captain Krell is an ordinary man of extraordinary means. He is driven, and some would say obsessed, and will employ any means necessary to accomplish his goals.

Captain Marvel (I)Secret Identity: Clarence Charles (“C.C.”) Batson Aliases: None First DC2 Appearance: Adventures of Superman #2 Status: Hero Base of Operations: Fawcett City Occupation: Archaeologist HT: 6’3’’ WT: 210 lbs Eyes: Blue Hair: Black Powers and Abilities: The wisdom of Solomon, the strength of Hercules, the stamina of Atlas, the power of Zeus, the courage of Achilles and the speed of Mercury History: While on an archaeological dig in the desert nation of Khandaq in 1937, partners C.C. Batson and Theo Adam unearthed the tomb of the ancient, wicked king, Khem-Adam. Seduced by the whisperings of the Seven Deadly Enemies of Man, Theo Adam released the sacred scarab of the dead mummy, and became the infamous Black Adam. It was at that time that the ancient wizard Shazam appeared to C.C. and granted to him the power to match the evil Black Adam, simply by calling down the magic lightning. Thus was born the first and greatest superhero, Captain Marvel! It was a dangerous time, and the Seven Deadly Enemies of Man were abroad in force. The Axis Powers rose up to engulf the world in fire and war, and villains of every stripe appeared to work their nefarious plans. And Captain Marvel was there to oppose them all: Captain Nazi, Thaddeus Bodog Sivana, King Kull the Beast Man and Mister Mind, the Venusian Conquering Worm! Other heroes followed in Cap’s wake, and he joined with them in the Justice Society of America to battle the biggest menaces of the age, like Vandal Savage, the Dragon King and Solomon Grundy. The year C.C. Batson became Captain Marvel, he also married the love of his life Marilyn, and a year later, the two had a son they named Billy. Billy grew up idolizing his father, a hero all the world adored as a paragon of virtue. For an idyllic span of years, the little family knew great happiness. Then came 1951. That year, the JSA was called before the House Un-American Activities Committee and given the ultimatum to unmask. Rather than expose themselves and their families to the risks involved, the chairman, Hawkman disbanded the team, and all but Captain Marvel went into retirement. But then came the worst blow of that awful year. In an effort to lure Captain Marvel into a trap, Dr Sivana kidnapped a newsboy he had noticed the hero was fond of--- Billy Batson! In the battle that ensued, Billy was struck by the weapon that Sivana meant for Cap, sending him hurtling through the time stream! C.C. and Marilyn were inconsolable at the loss of their only child, and could only live in hope that one day Billy would reappear. C.C. carried on as Captain Marvel, because the world needed him, protecting Fawcett City from the likes of the Arson Fiend, IBAC and the atomic killer robot Mister Atom, and while he wielded the power of Shazam, time could not touch him. He aged much slower than his beloved Marilyn due to the time he spent as the immortal Captain Marvel, inspiring a new generation of heroes--- particular a young boy growing up on a Kansas farm, rocketed to Earth from the planet Krypton… When Superman first appeared in the skies over Metropolis, it was his hero Captain Marvel who aided him on his first mission. That was a fateful day for C.C. Batson, for he had at last found the heir to his heroic legacy, a new protector of Earth, and he could retire to enjoy his last years with his beloved wife. Marilyn was tragically taken from him soon after, and even more tragically, C.C. himself began to succumb to a wasting senility, and an ailment that confined him to his bed, with no one but his younger brother Dudley to care for him. But then, in the early years of the 21st century, a boy stepped out of the time stream! Billy had returned, and was called by the ancient wizard Shazam to take up the legacy of his father! Seeing his son alive and wielding the power of Shazam has restored C.C. to much of his former self, and the two are dedicated to making up for lost time!

His skill earned him the nickname ‘Cosmic Boy’ after he nearly single-handedly beat the Metropolis Miracle Men in the Magno-ball world series. The Krinns lost everything they owned & Hu Krinn was drafted into the Braalian army. Forced onto the streets, the Krinn family fought for day to day survival, with Rokk doing anything he could to provide for his family. When the war ended two years later, Braal was forced back into the United Planets, broken & beaten. Hu Krinn returned injured and unable to provide for his family. Without a Magno-Ball team on Braal, Rokk decided to leave for Metropolis to try-out for the Miracle Men. Though he would be far from his family, he would still be able provide for them. It was at the Braalian space port that Rokk literally ran into Garth Ranzz & Imra Ardeen. R.J. was so impressed with the teamwork of the teenagers he asked them to form a super-powered team known as the Legion of Super-Heroes, a team that could carry on the exploits of the great heroes of 21st century Earth. Rokk agreed, as long as long as it would enable him to provide for his family. R.J. did one better, he brought the Krinns to Metropolis, giving them jobs at Brande Industries. Cosmic Boy was the selected co-leader of the Legion during their first year. Rokk’s younger brother, Pol, serves as the teams unofficial mascot, Magnetic Kid. Addendum: In the year 3007, Cosmic Boy ascended to the position of leader upon Saturn Girls departure. In the year 3008, Cosmic Boy was officially elected Legion leader.

When he emerged, his hair was completely white and he found all his abilities had been enhanced tenfold, at least. However, the project was discovered byt eh government and shut down immediately. They tried to arrest Wilson, but the formula had done more than enhance his strength... ...it had taken away some of his sanity. General ZodSecret Identity: None Aliases: Zod the Destroyer, the Destroyer of Worlds First DC2 Appearance: Adventures of Superman Issue 0 Status: Villain, terrorist and criminal Base of Operations: Outer Space--- whereabouts currently unknown Occupation: Would-be world conqueror and galactic emperor HT: 7’6’’ (with armor) WT: 380 (with armor) Eyes: Unknown Hair: Unknown Powers and Abilities: His Kryptonian physiology absorbs immense energy from Earth's yellow sun, enabling him to fly at incredible speeds, and endowing him with super-strength, invulnerability (his only weaknesses being green kryptonite radiation, the rays of a red sun and magic), ultra-acute hearing, freezing breath, immense lung capacity and a range of vision including X-ray vision (he can see through anything but lead) and heat vision. History: Zod is the Kryptonian Boogeyman. Next to nothing is known of his early years, except that the current incarnation may be a successor or descendant of a man by the same name who was an acolyte of the primeval Black Zero entity. Zod came to prominence in the Last Age of Krypton when he overthrew the lawful government of Argo City in a military coup, establishing a totalitarian regime. As most states of Krypton were pacifistic and devoted to science, he was quickly able to annex many surrounding cities, until he was at last driven out of power by the combined might of Kryptonopolis and Kandor. But Zod was not defeated. He established himself as the Scourge of Krypton, a marauder and terrorist whose very name would send children squealing to hide beneath the covers. A cult of personality developed around the General, attracting the most fearsome and sadistic elements of Kryptonian society. It was said that there was no more charismatic and forceful speaker in all the history of the giant planet. The governments hunted Zod and his followers, but he always eluded them, and often defeated their forces in pitched battles. He was a fierce warrior, and a fearsome sight in his spiked black armor. He was shrewd in war and knew no mercy. The only affection Zod ever showed was for his hideous hunting beast, a vulpa. Amongst his followers, he chose two special acolytes to act as his lieutenants and bodyguards, whom he called his Hound and his Tigress, and the three of them become the most wanted criminals in Krypton’s history. Though his perfidies and crimes were too many to name, perhaps his greatest, and that which has earned him eternal infamy in the annals of galactic history, was the destruction of Kandor. Zod and his followers detonated a self-replicating nuclear device called an echo-bomb, destroying Kandor and killing millions, but ultimately leading to the destruction of the planet itself ten years later. Zod and his followers were brought to justice by the aristocratic son of an ancient and noble family, the scientist and statesman Jor-El. Through daring, ingenuity and courage, Jor-El captured Zod, his Tigress and his Hound (a brute of a man said to be the product of the General’s own genetic experiments with the DNA of the House of El). Having no death penalty, the Ruling Council of Krypton nevertheless determined that Zod and his two followers were too dangerous for anything less than exile to the Phantom Zone, a paradox of space and time harnessed for science by Jor-El. No one could have guessed that the Destroyer would soon be unleashed once again upon an unsuspecting galaxy! The supernova of Krypton’s sun, Rao, seriously compromised the tesseract that sealed off the Phantom Zone, weakening it just enough until, drawn in the ion trail of baby Kal-El’s rocket ship and attracted by the soliton radiation of the Kryptonian Fortress of Solitude on Earth, it imploded, freeing the criminals! Though driven off Earth in his first encounter with the Son of Jor-El and the human Lex Luthor, General Zod’s exposure to yellow sun radiation has made him quite possibly the most powerful and dangerous being in the universe. With his handmaiden, Faora Jax-Ur, Zod has retreated to the far reaches of outer space to bide his time and plot his revenge!

Guy GardnerHeight: 5’9" Weight: 198 Hair: Red Eyes: Blue Known Relatives: Rolland 'Rolly' (father, deceased); Peggy Louise (mother); Mace (elder brother) First DC2 Appearance: Tales of the Green Lantern Corps #3 History: Born in Green Bay Wisconsin, Guy was the second child to ex-Air Force drill seargant Rolly & Peggy Louise Gardner. Mace, their first child, was only two years older than Guy. In the years following Rolly's retirement from the Air Force, he had become an abusive drunk that took every opportunity available to verbally abuse both Guy & Peggy. In Rolly's eyes, Mace could do no wrong and Guy was nothing more than a waste of space. In high school Guy decided he had been pushed around & beaten down for too long. He began to rebel, building up a 'tough guy' persona and distancing himself from everyone he cared about. Though he maintained high grades, he purposefully spoke horrible English and had become the equivalent of the schoolyard bully. Constantly fighting with anyone and everyone that looked at him wrong. Mace was the star quaterback of the football team, At home things did not fare much better, his father had become more abusive than ever, his mother more passive & his brother more God-like. Upon graduation, Mace joined the police academy and Rolly couldn't have been more pleased. Guy decided to do one better than his brother after graduating and follow in his fathers footsteps by joining the Air Force. Though he told himself that he didn't care what anyone thought, he secretly hoped that his father would finally approve. When he arrived at his home to make his announcement he learned that his brother had been promoted to Seargeant that same day. Guy shipped out to the Air Force Academy in Colorado the following week and vowed 'never to speak to his father or pathetic mother again'. As usual, he threw himself into his studies & kept his poor attitude toward his fellow students. His senior year at the Academy were marked by two important events, the first was the death of his father from acute alcohol poisoning. The second was the arrival of a transfer student that would become the bane of his existence, Hal Jordan. In Guys eyes it was like having his brother transfer into the school. Everything Guy did, Hal could do better. And the worst part was that Hal was a nice guy too. Hal tried multiple times to win Guy's friendship, but the emotionally closed off Guy would have nothing to do with him. Upon graduation Guy was transferred to Langley Air Force Base where he served as the base's top gun for two years. He spent several years abroad in Japan, Germany and the Middle East. He was then transferred to Edwards Air Force Base Flight Test Center in California's Mojave Desert where he would once again be face to face with Hal Jordan. On a routine test flight over Death Valley, the two pilots were almost killed when an alien spacecraft crashed nearly on top of them. Guy was furthest from ground zero & ejected but was knocked unconscious by debris. When he woke he stumbled through a thick layer of dust and smoke until he came across Jordan. Though his flight suit had been shreded and he was talking to himself when Guy found him, Jordan didn't have a scratch. After several hours of intense medical examinations as well as interrogation from his commanding officers & agents of the D.E.O., Guy and Hal were both released, though Hal demonstrated odd behavior. Guy decided to trail him after seeing an odd green glow coming from Hal’s base housing. He followed Hal to a dry lakebed 40 miles East and was astonished to see Hal wield the emerald energy of the Green Lantern! Years of playing second fiddle to everyone else. Never being quite good enough for anyone. Years of pent up anger, and agression took over and Guy reacted violently, shooting at Hal. Before Hal could react, a second super-powered being appeared. This one was a pink alien wearing yellow & black. Hal & the alien fought an amazing battle in which Hal emerged victorious. Hal had vanished though leaving Guy alone with the alien. The alien reached for Guy, speaking a harsh, high pitched hissing language. Guy shot the alien once in the forehead and watched as the yellow power ring it carried fell off his hand, and landed at Guy’s feet. Guy picked up the ring, placed it on his finger and was immediately ensnared in the web of the LEGION virus. Thoughts flooded into his mind that were not his own. Instantly those thoughts educated him on how to use the ring. Every negative aspect of his personality was amplified thousandfold as he left the Earths atmosphere for deep space. His destination: Qward. And did he have a surprise for them when he arrived…

Channeling her passion into her singing, Shiera became the darling of the Lyric Opera in Gotham, and at the tender age of 21, embarked on a European tour in 1938 with only her cousin, Speed, as chaperone. She concluded the tour in Alexandria, Egypt, to resounding acclaim, in a production of Aida, joining her betrothed there who was on an archaeological dig. It was in Alexandria that Shiera met the incarnation of the man who hunted her dreams, Carter Hall, a handsome archaeologist and longtime friend of Cave Carson. The two instantly recognized each other as the missing piece in each other’s souls, the reincarnations of the ancient Egyptan Prince Khufu Ma-at Kha-Taar and his beloved Chay-Ara. Nor was their meeting an accident, for they met in every life, loved and died, pursued by the curse of their immortal enemy, Khufu’s nemesis Hath-Set, who was in this lifetime the wealthy financier Anton Hastor. But this time, they triumphed over the evil machinations of the ancient villain. Carter Hall unearthed the tomb of the long-dead lovers, and taking the Nth Metal artifacts it was his destiny to wield, he became Hawkman and rescued Shiera from Hastor. The aftermath of all the revelations in Egypt left Shiera in some confusion. But Cave released her from their engagement, and allowed her to face her true feelings. And while Shiera has not yet donned the wings of Hawkgirl, she knows that Carter holds a second Nth Metal amulet for her, for that inevitable day when they will take to the sky and soar together again.

Maxwell Lord IVSecret Identity:None Aliases:None First DC2 Appearance:Adventures of Superman #1 Status: Dilettante -turned politician Base of Operations:Washington, D.C. Occupation:President of the United States HT:6’1’’ WT:185 lbs Eyes:Brown Hair:Brown Powers and Abilities:None revealed. History: Max Lord comes from a line of New England aristocrats with more social connections than money. Possessed of an inordinate amount of charm, business savvy and the uncanny ability to persuade people to his point of view, Max quickly amassed a large fortune, rivaling only his Metropolis neighbor, Lex Luthor. The two spent years in games of one-upmanship, trying to outdo each other in the ostentatious display of wealth, until Superman arrived on the scene, and gave Luthor a rival fit for his energies--- like many others, he never took Max seriously. Max became fascinated with the superhero phenomena that exploded after the advent of Superman, going out of his way to meet and shmooze with as many of them as he could (mostly unsuccessfully, though he did advertise that he would pay a million dollars for his photograph to be taken with Batman--- the Dark Knight has never responded). With always an eye for the main chance, Max launched a bid for the Presidency of the United States, using his support of and connections with the superheroes as a central campaign platform (one designed to irritate Lex Luthor the most), and to everyone’s surprise but his own, he won by the largest plurality in American history! Thus far, Max’s presidency has been marked by economic growth and prosperity--- and an upswing in illicit Black Ops organizations. Despite his support of the superheroes, his administration has seen the establishment of the Department of Extra-Normal Operations (the D.E.O.), a kind of metahuman watchdog agency, and there have been rumors of even more secret organizations that the public knows nothing about. President Lord, while often viewed by the press as a harmless dilettante, has surrounded himself by some of the best people in the country; among his cabinet level advisors are General Samuel Lane (Chairman of the Joint Chiefs), King Farraday (Director of the D.E.O.), and Sarge Steel (Special Aide de Camp)--- and recent tabloid photographs have shown him golfing with his old college roommate, San Francisco superhero financier Josiah Powers!
