Bialya - After the betrayal-- and execution-- of his brother Sumaan, Bialya's leader-- Colonel Rumaan Harjavti-- is currently making nice on the international stage, but his schizophrenic political style is under constant scrutiny from those he seeks to court, especially after repeated border hostilities with neighboring Kahndaq.
New Khera - Located at the northern-most point of Canada, this alien settlement is composed of superhuman women who were subjugated for thousands of years by a traitorous male member of their species. They were only freed thanks to the intervention of the Justice League. Led by the religious figure 'The Zealot'-- known on the world stage as Lady Zannah-- this group of settlers are hoping to become a part of a larger world thanks to alliances with both Atlantis and Themyscira.
Quarac - President-For-Life Hurrambi Marlo has been implicated in the sales of super-weaponry to numerous terrorist enterprises operating across the globe, but due to the political quagmire surrounding Quarac, he has not been held accountable for his actions, nor has there been enough evidence gathered to prove his involvement.
Stormwatch - Rogue right-wing paramilitary organisation with the self-imposed sanction of fighting a shadow war against the superhuman population, led by the insane Henry Bendix. This agent of chaos has spent his entire adult life preparing for this war, and he's not going down without a fight. He's rumoured to have spent decades creating superhumans for sale to the highest bidder, and there are whispers that he's currently being hunted by two of his most deadly experiments, who have managed to escape their programming.
D/E/M/O/N - Little is known of this organisation, last active in the mid-sixties. But the group whose name stands for Destruction Extortion Murder Overthrow of Nations are rumoured to be making a return, though little is yet known of what this return entails. Led by the so-called Doctor Demo.
Gamorra - Isolationist island nation suspected of growing enhanced humans for rogue entities, currently ruled by Kaizen Gamorra. He killed his entire family to ensure his position of power. Rumoured to be preparing for a massive coming out party on the global terrorism stage...
North Korea - This rogue nation is under constant observation by the United Nations, and while their nuclear program has stalled, there are rumours of metahuman experimentation taking place behind their closed borders. How successful these experiments have been remain to be seen.
Cheshire - The so-called 'Deadliest Woman Alive' is currently off the board, but due to her former relationship with Checkmate White Knight Roy Harper, this assassin otherwise known as Jade Nguyen is never far from the minds of the organisation currently responsible for the safeguarding of her young daughter.
