Geez, you're posting maniac, Charlie! Night of the Stalker: I've seen the last page reprinted in a "history of Batman" sort of book I've got, and thought that was powerful enough, but I've never seen the full issue. Now it has SO much more weight to it. Planetary and the Moon-Gun: Okay, I've up, I'm buying the freaking trades! Superbuddies walking out of Hell: Good Lord, that last panel makes me want to cry just thinking about it.

Behind this link is the banned issue of Hellblazer written by Warren Ellis and pencilled by Phil Jiminez. It's classic Constantine, appearing on the fringes until the climax-- and what a climax. Well. I can't say enough about this issue, but it has to be one of my all-time favourites.

Well, I can see why they banned it...truth is hard to take, y'know?

Maybe, it did come just before the Columbine shooting, I think, and DC did the cowardly thing and backed off. It could have been seen as inflammatory, etc, etc, but it's good that it's our there in some way. I'd like to see the new DC establishment release all the stuff that's been put in a drawer and forgotten. And what's with the unreleased Ambush Bug: Year None issue?

Sorry about the size, but this is pure genius from the demented mind of Grant Morrison.

The #1 reason I'm not reading this book.

Because it reads like an acid trip?
I've read some Grant Morrison that I like, but most of it is just so out there that I can't get into it.
