I'm a little bored and I thought I'd ask everyone, and not just the writer's from the bullpen, what characters they'd like to see in the DC2 that aren't there already?
And also if you could say a character you love in the DC2 who you'd like to see more of, that'd be extra nice.

I personally am wondering where Starman is. He's not been in DC2 yet has he?
And as for existing characters, modern JSA please!

Off the top of my head, there's Ambush Bug, Freedom Fighters, and the original Red Tornado (apologies if she's already turned up in a JSA I haven't read yet).
A DC2 character I'd like to see more of is Kid Eternity.

pretty sure starman was in jsa Starman did indeed appear in the first issue of JSA (and will appear in the next in January), but I never understood the fan nostalgia for the original Red Tornado? What is it about Ma Hunkle, a character that appeared in just one Golden Age JSA adventure (albeit, the first one, in All-Star #3)?

What is it about Ma Hunkle, a character that appeared in just one Golden Age JSA adventure (albeit, the first one, in All-Star #3)? Well, the thing I like about Ma Hunkel is that she's so different from all of her contemporaries. They're all scientists and doctors and reporters and archaeologists and the like, whereas she's a working class hero, not to mention mother. Also, whereas the others have gadgets or powers or have trained their bodies to physical perfection, she just throws a saucepan on her head to fight crime - that takes guts. I personally feel she's got all sorts of untapped potential. She was an ordinary woman who walked among the gods of the Golden Age - it could be fascinating to see things through her eyes. How did the other heroes treat her? Like a substitute mother or like a fat guy in a red costume? She could be sort of a Phil Sheldon of the DC Universe. Also, she's got the underdog thing going for her, where she's so likely to be beaten by most foes that the reader will always be rooting for her.

Who do I want to see? Well, three words... Fire. And. Ice. I wanna see Fire and Ice! You guys have got Booster, Beetle, and Guy running around! With Fire and Ice, you could have the "Big Five" of the JLI Era! And they're fun characters to write because of their opposing powers and personalities. Fire is a brash, flamboyant, loud, and flirtatious Brazilian ex-supermodel and secret agent, while Ice is a sweet, shy girl-next-door type from a kingdom of Norwegian mystical ice-wielders. Here's their Wikipedia entries: Fire: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fire_%28comics%29Ice: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ice_%28comics%29

Ragman. And Detective Chimp. I love the Ragman concept. It's a shame he's so obscure as I'd love to write a Ragman ongoing.

As a golden age fan just about anybody from the "Golden Age" who's now part of DCs universe. Rex, the Wonder Dog, Fawcett heroes who haven't been used yet by our esteemed colleagues at DC1; maybe even Diana, the Huntress and Yellow Jacket from Charlton. Anybody for Seven Seconds? Or how about General Glory and some of his adventures during the World War (later I).
