We would really appreciate it! Big thank you to James McNeill who stepped up to deliver the corking cover to this issue-- he'll be moving onto a debuting title in the new year that should blow you all away!

Probably one of the scariest paragraphs you've ever written, Charlie. Simple, but scary nonetheless.
Rest of the issue was pretty good too. Nice trick with the power battery...and good cover work, James!

Finally read this and I really liked this issue a lot. Guy Gardner's one of my favorite Lanterns so to see him so prominently in this arc(first being infected, and then trying to stop an infected Hal) has been awesome. I loved his reaction when he pulled the battery out of the pocket in reality haha. "Automatic, hoo-rah." Was so fit for his character. I liked his reaction to the suit too. That was funny and I'm not sure if I should be happy or worried for Hank now that's he's the GL of 2814...Great issue, Charlie. Hope Hal doesn't take this whole ring removal too badly.

Guy's one of my all time favourites too, and there are going to be so many Lanterns running around this title it might get a bit cramped. Which is awesome, I think, ha. Hank comes into his own next issue, right from the get go I think you'll approve of where we go with it. Jessica is designing a unique costume for him, separate from Guy, Hal or the GLC as a whole, so hopefully you'll all like that! And Hal's ring removal? Well, let's just say that the next issue takes a step into the future...

Probably one of the scariest paragraphs you've ever written, Charlie. Simple, but scary nonetheless. Thanks Susan, that means a lot! The concept of the Legion Virus is one that is scary as heck, and I wanted to convey that in the most simplest of terms-- glad it worked! Rest of the issue was pretty good too. Nice trick with the power battery...and good cover work, James! Thanks again, and James really stepped up and delivered with that piece. He's doing some other stuff this month, and I can't wait to see him deliver. Cheers for reading!

Wow! Great job on this issue! You did a really good job of making Hal feel like he was a legitimate threat. This had some really creepy moments in it, compounded with some really gorey ones. I know that the Legion virus is powerful and creepy, but when Hal's head blew off and it fixed him up? Shivers...
I liked Guy a lot, and like his thinking in fighting Hal. Using the battery and then chaff to beat him was clever, which makes sense, since behind all the bluster Guy really is a clever guy.
And the stuff he said to Henshaw, pure genius, straight forward, very nicely written.
My only complaint is A) Mongul and his whole plan, it seems a little too straightforward for such a big build up, but maybe you'll prove me wrong in the long run, and B) there were some minor grammar and spelling goofs.
Otherwise, excellent issue and I look forward to reading next issue! 4 and a half stars!

Wow! Great job on this issue! You did a really good job of making Hal feel like he was a legitimate threat. This had some really creepy moments in it, compounded with some really gorey ones. I know that the Legion virus is powerful and creepy, but when Hal's head blew off and it fixed him up? Shivers... I don't think it's even the Legion Virus that's that powerful. Sure it's creepy, but in my eyes it just unlocks all the potential for evil that the bearer has inside him, and I think if we look across the world at large we know that the most mundane of people are capable of horrible acts of violence-- regardless, as we'll see in later issues... it's not the Virus that's powerful... I liked Guy a lot, and like his thinking in fighting Hal. Using the battery and then chaff to beat him was clever, which makes sense, since behind all the bluster Guy really is a clever guy. Guy is a brilliant character to write, I've said it time and time again, and you'll see him being the creative thinker that he is across the series as it continues. I say "creative", I think I actually just mean brilliantly violent. But yeah, when it comes down to it, Guy can contend with the best of them. And the stuff he said to Henshaw, pure genius, straight forward, very nicely written. Glad you liked that. Henshaw's scenes took many revisions to reach this point, thanks to Don's editorial guidance. Very pleased with how it went. And if you liked him here, you'll love next issue! ...One hopes. My only complaint is A) Mongul and his whole plan, it seems a little too straightforward for such a big build up, but maybe you'll prove me wrong in the long run, and B) there were some minor grammar and spelling goofs. Mongul... well, I don't know, I like (obviously) where I'm going with the character. It's a thread left over from Dan's run, and I want to tie all those bad boys up before I move forward with my madness. Hopefully that won't disappoint. And apologies for the errors. I quite happily blame my editor. Otherwise, excellent issue and I look forward to reading next issue! 4 and a half stars! -D.L. Mann Cheers, thanks for reading and commenting, always appreciated.
