I'm loving these strips! Mark, your sense of humour shines through time and again and Joe your art conveys setup and punchline perfectly. Great collaboration!

Thanks, glad they're appreciated, though of course it's Joe who does all the hard work (I can only imagine how painstaking it must have been for him this week to make every detail of each panel exactly match that of the one before).

Number Four is so bad. SO BAD. Took me a few times to get it and then when I did I groaned. WELL PLAYED, BOYS!

Of all the crazy cryptic comic strips. I still haven't figured it out a week later, and I wrote it.

I stared at it for a little while. Then I turned my laptop sideways. Then I closed my eyes for a second, counted to ten, opened them again and waited for revelation.
Nothing.
In frustration, I read it outloud to my wife--- and realized that this was yet another clever and rewarding DC2N!
Bravo, sirrahs!

Dane Cook. Swedish Chef. Mark makes these. He's old. If the Muppet Show is before your time, you wont catch it Just kiddin' Mark! lol ~JOe

Anyone want to tell me the reason behind the Deadshot strips? What can I say? I just have these voices in my head, telling me to kill Muppets (not to mention, people who call me really old). As far as I can recall from the original script, I gave Joe, the artist, the choice between Deadshot and Deathstroke; I just needed a killery sort of character for the joke to work (apologies if it didn't). If there are other DC characters (or even dead Muppets) you'd prefer to see featured in DC2ns, please let us know and we'll see what we can do.

Muppets, Mark? Is there no limit to your (suitably understated and underhandedly clever) depravity?!?

Dumb Bunny is a menace to the DCU!
And yet--- still cute! She should have her own book.
Keep 'em coming, fellas! These DC2ns are bright spots in our firmament.

Stick with the Dumb Bunny strips and drop the rest. She's way more funny than the rest of 'em.

Although, I currently have no time to do anything DC2-related, I still have time to throw random word combinations down and let Joey weave his magic: To keep up to date with all such past and future frivolity, go here
