Everyone please tell me everything you know about the Source and the Presence.
I know the Source is supposed to be some sort of sentient cosmic force that courses through all things in the universe. It is where the New Gods get their power. It carries out the will of the Presence which has some kind of master plan for the universe and anything that's considered vital to this plan is protected by the Source.
As for the Presence, it's supposed to be some sort of all powerful extra-dimensional being, the god of the DC universe.
What other information is there about the Source and the Presence?

So no one knows anything about the Source and the Presence? OK, here's another question, does anyone other than the New Gods actually believe in the Source? I know that a lot of people other than the New Gods know about the Source but do they believe that the universe is guided by the Source?

The source is something that, to the New Gods, is the source of all power and creation. It's living energy at the edge of the universe, where power is obtained and evil can be contained. Thats why there are people encased in the source wall. When people to wrongful things on a cosmic scale, they are entombed in this place.

keeping track with gods in the DCU is pretty much a lost cause i think. its like to spectre that god is the right one but for WW its not. but they all have powers.  |

According to these entities, who live in a different dimension (thats something people tend to forget! you can only reach New Genesis and Apokolips through BOOM TUBE) and therefore a whole different set of rules. You can elaborate on certain points about the SOURCE however you see fit, but be sure to consider THE SOURCE WALL, and the fact that you may want to check in the IXE thread because of the Apokolips connection.

Well I probably read it, I just can't remember because I have a terrible memory. The most recent comic that I read was Justice League Elite and I barely remember anything about it, I think Morgan Le Fey was in it or some villain who looked a lot like Morgan Le Fey. The comic I read before that was I think Superman vs. Terminator which I don't remember anything about except that it didn't have the T-1000 in it and it sucked.
