This is why you don't see much of me anymore around here... All of these are Photoshop, generated by yours truly. You'll see the improvement as I go along. The unexpected animal: Harley Davidson photograph: My reproduction: Original: Reproduction: Anakin's Army original photo: My photoshopped version (not so great looking, but it was fun to do!): Original Airplane engine: Photoshop reproduction: My final project due this Tuesday: This is the photograph of the real location: This is the Photoshop recreation: Though not exact... I think it is pretty close.

very nice, this coming from the guy who was still using those prisma markers! If you ever do start doing your fan art again you are going to save a bundle. ;D

Wow, this is some awesome stuff, Scott! I can really see you doing this stuff for a living. I can't tell the difference between the actual photos and the photoshopped stuff--- in fact, in a few cases, the PS'd stuff looks better (like HD).
I really love Anakin's army. You know, you should get a job at Lucasfilm and use these mad skilz to work on the next Indiana Jones film!
;D

I thik this stuff could qualify as fan art since it is dealing more with celebrities and the like... The Cure: Twilight - Done for Illustrative Concept Design class... a fusion of modern day technology and classic neo-impressionism. The album name is my own (since no one knows what the long-delayed album will be called), but the songs are new ones that they've done for it. Dr. Jones was created using Illustrator... I had to re-create a magazine editorial using no photographs. I took a small blurb on the bottom of a page in the latest Star Wars Insider and made it a full-page editorial.

My political statement for the year: It started off as a joke in Typography 2 class... we were supposed to create a poster promoting adult literacy. I had several ideas... but in our initial presentation I said (for a lugh, mind you) "well, if George W. Bush can read, anyone can..." and the instructor said: "That's your angle. Do it." Uh... OK... So here we are! Actual size of the poster is 20 x 32.

some amazing work my friend. I think the Bush poster is hilarious, to the say the least.
However, it wasn't until I was looking at your self portrait that I realized that you have more then a passing resemblence to Kevin Smith, or at least in my eyes, but hell, I'm over 40.

Oh no... not you too!
I've been told that by just about everyone I know... If I gained (back) 40 pounds, lost (again) a grip of my hair (medications are a bitch!), it would be truly scary.
Even my wife thinks so... ugh.
Maybe I'll be him for Halloween!
