Okay guys, this is another one of those "important" ones that will impact the look of the site so vote for the one you really want to see used in the future appearances of the Martian Manhunter. We got a nice handful of them to choose from this month so the voting is going to be pretty fierce I hope. So check these out! Borize:  Legacy:  Thumper727:  Lantern Lad:  tupper:  killerseamonkey:  glantern133:  Thems your options, choose wisely. I guess voting will end next Saturday since this is up a tad late but we will see how this goes, as usual deadlines are always open to modification. Remember, the prize is that the winning design will be the one used as the "Official" DC2 costume of the Martian Manhunter the same way the Huntress one did so... vote... now.... go ahead... Consider chewing on a nice chocolaty Oreo when you do. |

While I totally dig Borize's redesign, I have to go with Tupper's more traditional presentation (though KSM's is a close second for me).

I'm voting for Riz because A) his work is awesome and he did a great take on the Manhunter, and B) I can't vote for myself. So kick it Borize!

Just a quick reminder. On these I encourage everyone to get involved since it's such a big deal to the visual direction of the site, and even say we'll taken art in any form: sketches, inkwork, painted, anything. So please consider each one of the designs, whether B&W or colored in different mediums, etc. and not so much the finished quality of the artwork. Naturally, showmanship is always a factor even if subconsciously, but I make an allowance and invite every level of artist to the character design Challenges so I hope that each one is considered equally.  |

I like Thumpers design. A little armor is good for Jonn. Borize has a great design it just isn't Jonn. Legacy has a great design also. All I really want to see at DC2 is Jonn to get out of the speedo.

Holy smokes! We completely missed the cut-off day! My apologies guys.
It appears that Borize is our winner. Congrats Riz! Now we just need a reason to have J'onn reappear in the DC2. Ha. A big thanks to everyone who participated. Every design was a worthy contender and much appreciated.
Sharpen those pencils and be on the lookout for this month's Art Challenge to be posted in the next day or so!

The idea came from a Superman Returns pic. He is floating over the earth, I like the idea of Jonn floating over Mars once in a while. The first will have a martian tomb for the background one day.
