I'm so glad to see Kon-El coming to DC2! He's been my favorite character for a while and I was heartbroken when they killed him in DCU, so this was something I was looking forward.
And I thought Roy delivered the goods with this issue and cover. Great stuff. I can't wait for the next part.

Cool! Connor is coming! Great issue Roy! The end got me so excited for what was to come!
"Younger version of..." "Me."
Wicked ending! 5 stars!

Dun-dunduh! This sure got intriguing! Whilst I'm not the biggest fan of Kon-El, I'll keep reading, and the Doctor sure is a menacing figure for the Els to be up against! I'll be back next month... crikey...

Another great issue, Roy! Loved the stand-off between Kal and Kara and Xadu, and I just love how you've made Xadu a worthy new villain! Looking forward to seeing the fruits of his nefarious plan!
Great scene with the Hellgrammite, too! Very creepy stuff.
That cover: awesome! You're Superman stories and images have a way of bringing me back to the days when I first discovered I loved comics. Thank you!

VERY well done.
I thought Superboy was gonna show up before, when in fact it turned out to be Jor-El. But this is better.

Not a great fan of Kon El, but this is still a very good issue. I also like this villain, Xadu.
I've recently come back on board, and I can see that Superman is in very good hands. Be back next issue.

Not sure how I feel about Kon-El making his way into the DC2, but all in all a great issue, and I'm looking forward to the inevitable twists and turns that will lead to the arrival of 'The Kid'.

Whooo! Yeah, Connor Kent in the house!
I read this isue a while ag, but never got the chance to actually review it. Now that I re-read it though, I'm a little disappointed. With the title, I was hoping we'd get to actually see Superboy, but instead you just give us a teaser. Poo.
Still, Superman taking a page from Batsy's book was pure genius. Sometimes, super strength isn't enough, and I think that was shown here. I think the spacing for this issue is a little funny looking, but that may just be me. Makes reading the story a little more of a chore.

" “Batman again?” Supergirl asked, obviously impressed. Superman shook his head and with that boyish grin and a wink, replied, “James T. Kirk...” " LOL! Loved it. I enjoyed this issue, it was creative. Also loved the scene with Hellgrammite, especially right after his nose is broken. Great job.
