I really enjoyed the conclusion to the Legion Virus saga. I am really starting to like this Hal guy. I like the way we see the events unfold through his eyes. He is a rookie and not an old hand at this yet. I look forward to Hals ongoing title!
The cover was very cool Artteach but where was Guy?
Now that I got the Hal stuff out of the way:
Thank you!!!! Thank you!!!! Thank you!!! I was worried about my main Guys fate while reading this tale. I was so certain you were gonna do something terrible to him. >:(Nope! Guy as an intergalactic bounty hunter with a team-up with Lobo? Sign me up for the monthly (at least a mini) Guy adventures now! Stop teasing and start pleasing Scotty boy! ;D

Guy as an intergalactic bounty hunter with a team-up with Lobo? Sign me up for the monthly (at least a mini) Guy adventures now! Stop teasing and start pleasing Scotty boy! ;D I'm glad you enjoyed the finale to the saga... It was a long arduous rode filled with re-write after re-write! I am very proud of the finished product, though it hardly resembles the original... remind me to tell you about that sometime! If you read Hal's last thought in the issue, he's very hopeful about the future & his role in the Corps. Well, with issue #10 being the last monthly issue of Tales of the Green Lantern Corps, is there a Corps in the future of the DC2? Just what the Hell happens in the IXE? Keep reading! Guy's tale is far from over... He has a lot of soul searching to do and will be making a reappearance soon! He is on his own path to redemption, and who knows, before long he may conquer his fears and earn a Green Lantern ring of his own! I do promise one thing though... Guy is NOT Vuldarian (or whatever the Hell it was that made him 'Warrior')!

I was gonna say isnt guy a Gl in DC but either way he rox as a messed up villian type. This quickly became my fav series here. Infact I read all the issues over two days and couldn't stop. Cant wait for the next arc.
RE- Guy was on the cover. With his arms crossed floating above Killowog's left shoulder.

Great conclusion to the Legion Virus saga. I love these stories about a raw, untested Hal Jordan. Looking forward to the GL monthly, though in effect this title has really focused on Hal anyway.
Guy Gardner as bounty hunter? Brilliant idea. I hope you (or somebody) takes that ball and runs with it.
Can't wait to see Hal meet/ interact with the other heroes of Earth (maybe during the Crisis?).
Keep up the great work, and I'll keep reading.

This was a damn fine way to conclude one hell of a story arc! I'll be back next month Scott, and I tell you, if you don't keep this quality up, I'll... Batter ya!

Excellent story! You did a great job with Guy. He was not a cartoon character, or over the top. I'm not a big GL fan, but I am a big DC2 GL fan.
Guy is wearing his camo pants and Green Bay Packers shirt. I thought he would be easy to find. Now can anyone try to find my favorite green alien who is hiding on the cover? Oh wait! Do or do not, there is no try.

Yes Yoda is hiding in back. I originally had Yoda, ET, and the Alien creature in the back. I thought that was bit much. Yoda is so small on the webpage you really don't him unless you look hard.

This was the absolute best issue yet! You kept me on the edge of my seat through the entire thing. I could see every moment running in my head and it was like a huge sci fi movie! This was one heck of a rollicking adventure.
Also, like John, I want to thank you for keeping Guy in the thick of it and not whacking him in the end. I was a little nervous about that, too. What you did with him was perfect. You kept the character honest right up to the very end. I'd honestly nominate this for an award if we had them. Thank you for such a great read! (Okay, I'd done gushing now, but it really was outstanding) ;D

Man this was super awesome! I've really liked reading this and the defeat of the Legion Virus couldn't have been sweeter. It's nice to see Hal gettin' his props and with that whole things sealed away, it's time for the adventures to start coming in! Looking forward to the next issue!

Thanks for your kind words everyone (and the Easter egg that I wasn't even aware of that tie my two favorite things together: Star Wars & Green Lantern!). The adventure starts next month in our 'Crisis Countdown issue' then get set for another huge battle (or two) in issue 10!
Let's put it this way... by the end of issue #9, no Green Lantern is safe & NONE will emerge unscathed! The Crisis is going to hit the GLC hard folks!
