He has this incredible way of developing a character right in the middle of an intense action scene. What he did for this story was amazing. It it weren't for him, everyone would have sat around talking instead of doing! And that cover was incredible! Craig and Ramon....well everyone knows the drill by now!

Thank you gentlemen. *bows* Both of you are far too kind. As far as I'm concerned, I was just adding some vivid visuals to John's excellent script. I mean in terms of action, not art. I can't draw to save my life.
And that cover is intense, ain't it?!?

I saved this for last because I knew I was going to want to plunge myself entirely into this wonderful piece of DC2 that is so rich in character and in story.
The action was awesome, and the character development was perfect, as always. The two writing style blended beautifully and was really seemless. I'm loving every bit of this Manhunter story and this also has to be one of my favorite endings that this series has ever had. Top that off with the nice twist with the VP, that I didn't see coming, and it was another outstanding issue.
The cover, was brilliant as well. All in all, John and Jay gives us their best work, and as always, it's a solid A.

Thank you for the kind words Brian! I am also glad that you enjoyed the nice little twists thrown into this issue. Of course next issue is my last issue as writer on this title and I plan to throw one more curve ball at everyone before I bow out and leave the book in Jays very capable hands.

The first Suicide Squad book that I read was the Annual 1.0 and this is the second one that I've read. I never read DCU's Suicide Squad, but the idea reminds me of what is going on in current Thunderbolts series. So I won't pretend to know anything about the series or about alot of the cast. Hell I wondering what Firehawk and Vixen are doing on this team of criminals, but I digress.
With that being said, I enjoyed the story very much. The interaction bewteen Tempest and Firehawk was interesting, I'm looking forward to that. The ending was a complete and pleasant shock to me. I wanted to yell out, 'OH...' you get the idea.
I just hope my take on Cat-Man in Rogue Gallery issue #6, (Coming out in the month of July, with an awesome cover art collaboration by Crow, Mischief and Ramon Villalobos), will give the character justice.
