I've been thinking about DC Comics' forgotten super teams and the memory came to me the team Justice League Task Force and I remember how few people on the mailing lists talk about this team and if they talk almost always it’s just to say bad, to say that it was just a trash from a team of heroes formed by completely irrelevant characters that didn’t even serve as " supporting characters "of the main superheroes of Universe DC and that the Justice League Task Force was already late and it is better that it never comes back from the limbo of the forgotten characters ! But Dammit ... They also fought evil, they also fought for justice and did good in their time ! They also made a difference in the fight for justice ! That does not mean anything ? Could it be that we can only evaluate a hero or group of heroes by the lack they make and because the readers do not care or miss the Justice League Task Force it is worth less ?
I know that readers would laugh at this statement but at least for me the Justice League Task Force was important ! They were heroes as relevant and worthy of respect as the greatests champions in Universe DC and I care and miss them ! It is not because the other readers when the Justice League Task Force's comics book title was canceled exclaimed " Thank God these boring people are going to disappear ! " or " It’s late, I hope that a trash like this comics never be published again ! ” that I have to solemnly keep silent and agree with that ! I liked them. They were important. As much as the immortal legends of DC Comics! I thought if by chance DC Comics had paid more attention to them they could have grown in importance and become a much more central and relevant supergroup for DC Universe. For this same reason came for me the "insane idea" to propose for you to make new fanfictions with the super team "The New Justice League Task Force" formed by heirs of the heroic legacy of the original Justice League Task Force.
It is not necessary to invent anything or create anything very miraculous or peripatetic just create heirs of the original team in a new line of comics of The New Justice League Task Force already this great. The New Justice League Task Force team would consist of :
