I loved it till the end. I don't know, something about the deus ex machina of Kid Eternity popping up, I mean... Does this take him out of the equation in the REAL DC2? Is he in a future dimension? I don't like it when I over think things in these stories...
But GONAD! HA!

But the way you fleshed out the future characters, and the Mad Mod bit (one of my favourite pieces you've ever written) was purely awesome. I feel sorry for Woodchucker (felt like you just moved him out of the way to clear the way for the next writer, when I was really beginning to dig his character. That felt, to me, like weak story telling.
But I did like the tearful bit with Robin's costume and Flamebird's reaction near the beginning. Really nice.

I don't like it when I over think things in these stories... Well, the first, middle and end scenes were all set back in Flamebird's original dimension with the evil Raven (sorry if that wasn't made clear enough) so Kid Eternity's presence there in no way impacts on events in the real DC2.

That felt, to me, like weak story telling. Well, I had laid the groundwork for it in previous issues, but with all the loose ends I'd left for myself to tie I can totally understand if it came off as rushed. Anyway, thanks for your comments, Charlie. I really have appreciated them during the course of my time here as writer.

The Mad Mod scenes were priceless. Awesome. But I agree with Charlie, that the other parts seemed rushed. especially when alle the "new" Titans left. Anyway, that was a cool run. Can't wait to see you on a new title.

Good stuff, beautifully sad at the end there. A very different way of looking at the Crisis.
I almost shed a tear for Woodchucker.
Oh and Riz, one of the "new" Titans will be back, because he didn't leave...he was never part of the alternate timeline in the first place.
Oh and Mark, was that villainness who I think it was?
Ramon's cover was, of course, awesome; but I especially liked Starfire.

Cover = awesome. It's my desktop wallpaper now. Ramon gets an exalt.
I concur with what everyone said before. That the woodchucker thing felt a little rushed, but the Mad Mod scenes were reeking of awesomeness.
I will exalt el hefe once I'm allowed to do so again.

Well done, my friend. You're run on this title has been awesome, and I for one am going to miss you on this book. Working with you is always a pleasure.
And I'm also looking forward to what is coming up in the Titans. There's some cool stuff ahead.
Oh, and that cover is just kick butt! Takes me back... yes it does.

The Mad Mod scenes were priceless. Awesome. Thanks. Yeah, that seems to be the general consensus. Sorry about that. Thanks, Riz. As far as new titles go, I'm currently planning to move to Challengers of the Unknown, plus there's a Zatanna mini I'm down to co-write. Also, as you know, Riz, there's a now ex-Titan who I'm thinking of returning to.

Good stuff, beautifully sad at the end there. A very different way of looking at the Crisis. Thanks, Jay. Glad the ending worked for you. That's right. Woodchucker never left and, even though he's now been transformed into gold, he'll still stand, unmentioned, in the entranceway of Titans Tower showing the world the true meaning of hero, and whenever there's a situation that requires a Titan to stand inert and unmoving, he'll be there, ever vigilant. Then again, I suspect Jay wasn't talking about Woodchucker. If you thought the villainess was Shimmer, then yes. Yeah, Ramon's cover was beyond awesome.

Well done, my friend. You're run on this title has been awesome, and I for one am going to miss you on this book. Working with you is always a pleasure. Thanks, Brian, and ditto. Since this is my last issue writing Teen Titans (rest assured that equally, if not more, adept writers will be taking my place), I'd just like to thank Brian for his infinite patience and niceness, David for giving me the gig in the first place, Ramon for doing covers that make readers want to look at my stories, the readers for putting up with me for so long, and especially those who've taken the time to rate the issues and/or comment here. I really, really appreciate it.

Great way to wrap up your arc, Mark! Contrary to what some have said, I feel that this issue addresses and resolves stuff you laid down right from the beginning! Seemed like a very clever, well-thought-out conclusion to me! Honestly, I never expected to like Flamebird (and her alternate future history) as much as I did... but the last scene clinched it for me. You are, without a doubt, the most prosaic writer on the site, but there was a kind of poetry in the end of this story, an emotion that transcended the words.
Well done!

For the longest time, I was extremely confused on who these people were and what they were doing and which one was from the future. Now, i've actually read DKR and the name Carrie Kelly makes sense. Everything clicks!
Regarding the issue, it was a lot of fun. Kind of a light-hearted break from the gloom and doom of Starro the Conqueror. Then there was the whole break-up of the New Titans, which I personally like because, as mentioned before, I didn't know who these people were and thus never really got into their characters, so to see them depart and pave way to new, possibly more familiar, Titans is pleasing to me.
I understand that I may sound like a dick (No pun intended) for saying that, but it's just my opinion. I apologize to anyone who was offended by me saying that.
Looking forward to the next issue!

Wow. Great cover to start off.
As for the story... I'm a total sucker for this type of plot. Time travel, dark futures, nostoligic interactions...
Pretty powerful. Nice job.
The ending kind of reminds me of the Justice Society's battle of Rangork, but I don't think that's a bad thing.
