Once again, Jay shows us that he is a master of the Elseworlds concept! The most fun thing about Jay's Elseworld's epics are you never know who's gonna turn up next--- or what the heck is going on with them!
This was a terrific, fast paced issue, easy to read and one that always keeps you guessing. I'm enjoying the glimpses of this alternate world, where Bruce Wayne isn't Batman, and the Joker (sorry, Jester!) is the "Harlequin's" henchman!
I'm really curious as to the identity of the Checkmate Knight Batgirl dealt with after her "Titans" Strike Force went after the Wildebeest Society--- should I know who this is after her spare description?
The titular "corporate rivalry" seems to be heating up between Luthor and Wayne! This is Luthor how I most enjoy seeing him: sympathetic and psychopathic in equal measures!
I will definately be back next issue, and I encourage more folks to read and respond to this great new (and original) series!
