I just have to say that this is a really great issue, that is setting the ground work for what is going to be a great new adventure for this team.
It was cool to see Robin's take on these folks, and I love the nod to recent events in New Outsiders. Thank you for that, Sir.
Also want to say to everyone that this year seems to have been the year of Dick and Bruce, but I know what Jay, John, and myself have planned for one Roy Harper in the coming months and well into 2009. This guy is going to get some serious character growth.
You all might want to check out these next few issues of Teen Titans (you should be checking them all out, Jay is doing an awesome job!), as well as upcoming issue's of Checkmate and a small self plug for the upcoming Teen Titans West mini that will be coming out next week.
Great cover Roy! You simply amaze me!
And Jay, it has been a real privlidge to be able to work with you on this book. You are a consumate professional with a real love for this team, and it shows month after month with great character moments as well as good solid stories. Bravo!

Great story. I love Tim's thoughts on the Teen Titans as he looks at them individually. You communicated his nervousness, etc, perfectly. And, of course, I loved the Chinese food reference.  |
