2) Kara's daughter from the future.
3) Clark's daughter from the future.
4) Parallel universe.
5) Remnant from the New Krypton story arc.
6) Daxamite.
7) Skrull.
8) Robot.
9) Clone.
10) Bizarro (although this is an extension of #9).
11) Living Zombie.
12) After effect of the patented Superboy Prime Reality Punch.
13) Random jackoff who has powers.
Those are my thoughts.
