he was losing sleep during the Dark Knight filming...
Heath commented the character he portrayed was so dark and sadistic that it was a hard mind set to get out of because it was so dark. Because his mind wouldn't stop going even after he took two Ambien.
I am wondering if there was too much of himself he gave up to make this movie.

I was floored when I heard this. He's was an extremely powerful actor. I hope wherever he is, he is at peace.
