He was hilarious, though his act in July wasn't that great. I totally didn't see it coming. It wasn't even related to his sarcoidosis at all.

I heard about this horrible event this morning. I really enjoyed his "sitcom" when it was on a few years back, and it's a real shame that he died so soon. 50 isn't anytime to pass. Along with Carlin, we're losing some very talented, funny people this year.

Bernie was hilarious. We lost one of the Kings of Comedy.

I didn't get Bernie's humour... so I wasn't a fan. But I am sad to see anyone pass away at age 50... that's just way too young.

I didn't make a huge point of tuning in every time, but I did watch some of his stuff on TV and looked him up on-line when I needed a laugh, ha.
