Today coincidentally is the birthday of Willem Dafoe, John Leguizamo, and Terrence Stamp. Three pretty cool villains in their on right but I'm curious as to who you guys think is the coolest. I mean Clown was just awesome as a creepy little satanic monster in Spawn despite the fact that the movie wasn't that you know... good... then the other two were in the most iconic superhero movies of all time.
Me, I have to go with Zod just for the costume. That was one suave phantom zone get up.

Zod was a cooler villain, but speaking personally I would rather have Goblin's props, his toys. Especially that glider.

I'm definately going with Stormin Norman on this one, with the Clown a close second.

Nah, da Goblin had the weakest look out of all three of them by far with his stupid looking Power Rangers movie get up, he looked silly.
Also, you know if they fought it out, he'd be the first to go down, he was just not on their level of coolness, evilness, OR power.
For me it goes, Zod, then Clown, THEN Goblin.

Are we talking about movie versions? Well, I'm still taking Norman, he'd probably make some kryptonite death ray addition to the glider and whoop zod's ass. As for the clown, i really don't know how he'd kill him, with him being a native of hell and everything. But wouldn't a battle like this benefit the clown more, since he would be adding more souls to hell's army?

Clown's cool, but Image is pretty lame... I only liked the cartoon series of Spawn that was out a few years ago... Zod is alright, but Green Goblin is the coolest.

Terrence Stamp by far is the best actor... I go with Zod.

Mike would win. All the others are fictional characters.

Okay. The Green Goblin costume sucked horribly. All that aside, Will DaFoe played a good psycho villain (the talking to the mask thing was cheap for some, but to me it reflected some comic scenes and cartoon scenes that I remember) and he just had it down enough to be fun and serious.
Clown was just too fun! He as funny, horrendous, and you have to enjoy him as one of the best things in that movie.
But hands down, I just give it to Zod. He was cool, cold, and "Kneel Before Zod" is one of the most remembered comic-nerd phrases. My vote goes to Zod.

Gotta give it to Zod--- by a mile.
The General just exudes menace and cool at the same time.
And while that line is indeed a classic ("Kneel before Zod"), I would also submit the line where, after the initial attack of the Kyptonian criminals, someone moans "God...!"
And Zod urbanely corrects: "Zod."

THe one who's the father of the kid

Even if I can't spell his name. But yeah, Green Goblin is just to cool of a villain to ignore. And Spidey is what got me into comics, even if I don't read Marvel anymore...

Mike would win. All the others are fictional characters. To true man, I could totally take Zod and Green Goblin. The secret to my victory? A book of matches! Mwuhahaha!

well, since we are going movies, I chose Zod, but if we were going comics, it'd be the Goblin all the way. Osborn has tortured Peter in ways that Clark couldn't even begin to imagine.

I got to go with Green Goblin. Norman killed Gwen Stacy, the love of Peter Parker's life. Hell even Harry screwed Peter's mind good with the so called return of his parents.
So wow is Zod has Supes' powers. Goblin's power his far better than Zod's.
Norman would give Lex a run for his money.

Goblin would find out who Superman cared for and kill them all, plus he would own the Daily Planet.
