I don't know, really. I was really exposed to American politics when I was in... America (and more so, Lindsey Lohan...) and I don't really know. I don't want to cause some kind of "SHUT UP CHARLIE!" fest, but in the whole Presidential race that's going on, John Edwards seems to me, to be a good guy to root for. And then again, Obama and Clinton are leading the Democratic polls, are they not? Hmm. Besides, what is "Truth, Justice and the American Way" nowadays?

That's it.

I wish Mr. Maggin well, but California politics can be pretty... weird. As a junior member of congress, he wouldn't really have much authority, mainly just voting.
The only thing I don't get, is if he's running for the senate or for the house of representatives? I kind of assume the house of representatives.

Don't let him fool you Charlie or other DC2 members unfamiliar with the inner working of the US government... as a junior congressman he has access to the button! he is held with the highest regard. You think he has to pay for extra packets of ketchup or like... ranch dressing when he goes to get something to eat? no way, he just casually mentions his high seat of power and its given to him freely... That is IF he is elected... I assume...
