What moments in comics made you laugh, chuckle, chortle, or just made you plain smile? Tell 'em here!

Well the first thing that will always come to my mind is Batman one punching Guy Gardner. I think every fanboy around the country gave a unified laugh at that one. Actually a lot of that JL run made me laugh out loud. The Ambush Bug mini that ran in the 80's made me laugh out loud as well. And Gail Simone's writing in BoP can usually induce a chuckle or two as well. I'm getting a huge kick out of Barda. I'm going to miss her.

Honestly the first thing that came to mind was the mad pie thrower over in the early days of John Ostrander's Suicide Squad.
Second was the first 12 issues of Jeff Smiths Bone. I never laughed so hard reading a 'funny book' and haven't since. Classic stuff right there!

^ Ditto on Bone.
Young Justice made me laugh many times. One issue that comes to mind took place right after Superboy and Impulse's books got cancelled. The 2 were bummed about their favorite comics getting cancelled, Ray Terrill walks in and joins in on their conversation, then Robin walks in (with his comic still going) and they all give him dirty looks.
Another series that constantly makes me laugh is The Goon.

The All-New Atom has some hilarious moments, particularly around a giant, disembodied head that floats around and makes bombastic announcemnts.
Buffy Season 8 has had some very Buffy-esque moments (Whedon has lost none of his touch there--- very little is lost in translation from the TV screen to the comic).
But for my money, I'll always have the softest spot for the Giffen/DeMatteis JLI, including their recent (and, sadly, final) "Formerly Known As..." and "I Can't Believe It's Not..."
Long live Manga Khan!

Of course Keith Giffen's JLI was great.
But I'll always have a soft spot for the big blue bug of justice the TICK.
Villains, I say to you now... knock off all that evil!

I was recently reading the JLA Strength in Numbers TPB and Guy Gardner is trying to assume leadership of the JLA. Batman walks in just as Gardner challenges anyone to make a higher claim to leadership. One glance from the Dark Knight is all it takes. Priceless.

Early on in Young Justice there was a rather top heavy villainess called Mighty Endowed....the boob jokes flew thick and fast as you can imagine.
Towards the end of the Giffen/DeMatteis/Gerard Jones JLA/E, there was a scene where Blue Beetle was thinking about how their lives were so insane that they HAD to be manipulated by some writer, then he checked himself and went "Nah. Besides, it would take two or three writers to come up with all this." or something to that effect.
And you know there was no WAY I was gonna contribute to a thread like this without including some Terra II stuff.
Terra II/Changeling/Deathstroke dialogue:
Gar: Slade? Err, is it just me, or is having her around just a bit....odd?
Slade: Now that's the understatement of the year.
Tara: Hold still while I bandage this. Don't be such a sissy.
Terra II and Pantha diss Terry Long:
Terra: ...I can't beleive the leader even named us after these losers!
Long: Losers? First you want to kill my wife, and now you say my unborn son is a murderer. How do you expect us to react? And why are we just standing here?!?
Terra: You know, worst of all, I can't beleive this whiner is the father!
Pantha: Nauseating, isn't it?
Nightwing is having his usual women troubles....
Mirage: .....remember, that was me disguised as Kory. If we weren't meant to be, seems to me you should have sensed the difference. Ha! Guess that means no "midnight olympics" tonight!
Nightwing: .....
Pantha: Dick you slut! ....So tell me, who was better? Huh? Huh? Huh?
There's also another Terra II/Changeling bit....but I'm saving that one, because I want to use it. Heheheh.

The current issues that made me laugh was Supergirl #15. Kara and Power Boy battle it out in space and Power Girl gets a super knee to the groin.
New Avengers #27 was funny. Especially when Luke Cage kicked Elecktra between the legs and says that it is from Matt Murdock.
New Avengers #28 was funny too when Jessica Jones says to Spidey, Iron Fist, Logan and Cage that when everyrthing blows over that she is getting a man-servant. Logan responds with, 'You ready got one,' referring to Luke Cage. The chemistry bewteen all the members of this team is hiliarous.
But those are my opinions.

There's sooooooo many,a good deal of them coming from JTHM(god I love Jhonen Vasquez!)
But recently,in Fallen Angel #15,just one simple line did it for me. That being, "Fuck this shit!" Hell even with how lax DC's become with their swearing policy, they'd still characterize this! Which is why it works for me;despite my JTHM atraction,I'm not used to seeing something like this not censored.
Perhaps, while not being able to tell us that the new character "Lin" is in fact Linda Danvers(which he is in all but full name),the move to IDW was actually the best thing to happen to Peter David.

I LOL'ed at the scene in Superman/Batman (i forgot the issue number, but it was during the public enemies storyline) when batman says to keep the 13 year-old Toyman distracted and everyone looks at Power Girl and she says "What's everyone looking at me for? How am I supposed to distract ... oh"

That is a great thing right there.
Another good Power Girl one:
After Dr. Midnight is done examinight her, right after putting her costume back on:
"Look at me and tell me what I'm missing."
There she stands with big goofy grin, playful sparkle in her eyes, and her boobs loud and proud.

I love the embarrased look he has in that scene. Yeah, he's blind... But his goggles let him see EVERYTHING! People keep forgetting!
