Justice League: The New Frontier at wikipedia. I did not know that there was a cast already arranged. From the article: Neil Patrick Harris - Flash (Barry Allen) David Boreanaz - Hal Jordan Brooke Shields - Carol Ferris Kyle MacLachlan - Superman Phil Morris - King Faraday Surprisingly big names, for a cartoon, don't you think?

Lets see we have:
Doogie Howser Angel The Calvin Klein's chick and Agent Cooper.
Big names? Their all cartoon characters already aren't they?

I heard about this about a month ago on Comics Continuum...
I for one, and my wife for the other, cannot wait to hear David Boreanaz as Hal! I just hope he takes center stage in the toon as much as he did in the comic! From what I do know, Bruce Timm is working off of a script written by & adapted by Darwyn Cooke. So if the man who wrote the original is writing the screen play, I doubt we'll be too disappointed!

Especially the Calvin Klein chick! Charlie, you never saw the Saturday Morning Cartoon "Super Runway Chick"? All the rage over here. Just messing with you John. Anyways, this sound awesome. I've been waiting to see a DC story adapted to some kind of media as closely as possible. While DC's movies are few in comparison to Marvel (at least within the last 20 years I think), and most of them not at all close to their source material, DC has delivered solid cartoons. I'm really amped up for the Doomsday one, but I'm wondering whether they'll cut it or take away the many DC heroes who were in that story.

messing with me? I thought I was messing with Charlie?
Either way I am very excited about this. There is so much potential here and a lot riding on the success of this movie. There are so many cool ideas they could use for future projects if this and Sups vs. Doomsday takes off.
Regardless though, this should totally kick ass!

On top of this and Superman VS Doomsday, they're going to do a Teen Titans: Judas Contract DVD. That should kick some ass.

I want this to kick Marvel off their little pedestal. Have you all seen Ultimate Avengers? Crap. It was totally against the spirit (IMO) of both the Ultimates and the Avengers. Someone could not make their minds up when they were plotting that bad boy!

I saw UA one and two...they both sucked, and while I felt my attention drift on the first one, I totally ignored the second one after ten minutes.
