I understand what HoM's saying here, but I don't think Cap's the strategy guy. Batman is all about thinking in his fights, whereas Cap tends to go off into them half-cocked. Yeah he's hardcore but Batman's a master of like 1000 martial arts.
If I had a guage on how strong Cap was then I would be able to tell. Because I will always say that in Batman vs Superhero, the SUPERhero should always win. But I don't really know how superhuman Cap really is. I always thought Spidey was stronger.

Okay, this is bad for me to reply here being that I was making fun of it, but I'm not making a vote, just a point.
I agree with SF that Cap is not really all that special. It is written that the supersoldier serum put Cap to the pinnacle of human physical achievement, so that's basically what Batman is (and by the way, did it the real way, not some special serum).
Bats is the biggest strategist in DCU, and as written in the other thread on DCMBs, people always make him win imaginary fights on the grounds that he has "enough time to plan". That's basically Bat's biggest superpower is dinding a weakness and exploiting it. Like the Tower of Babel storyarc.
Cap, on the other hand, can lead a team well during battle, but in my opinion is not really a strategist in planning. he is a reactionary kind of person I think, while Bats plans and react ifthe situation changes.
So without making a vote, I have to say I am less biased on Batman because he was written certain ways, while Cap I think is just a drugged soldier with a shield.

Batman is not some poor broken man. Granted Batman has be broken before but he has fought back to the top of the mountain. Captain America was broken three times that I can remember. One was when Zemo and the Masters of Evil attacked the Avengers Mansion in the Seige storyline. Two was when Steve Rogers was exposed to drugs and became a drug addict in the Streets of Poison storyline. Three was when Captain America's body was breaking down because of the Super Soldier Serum.
