Superman's not over and is just the first in the renewed franchise. It would be better to compare this Superman movie to the FIRST X-movie. Anyway, I saw the other Xs in the theater but didn't bother with this one, so I voted Superman!

Superman isn't doing too well in the box office. I wonder if we'll have to wait another 19 years to get another Superman movie.

I liked both films equally, so I'll go with X-Men for two reasons:
1)To even out the vote
and
2)"I'm the Juggernaut, bitch!"

I don't know if I'm just hard to please, but I thought X3 was awful (Wolverine cried, guys! Twice!). And while I had problems with Superman, I thought it was far and away a better movie.

Superman isn't doing too well in the box office. I wonder if we'll have to wait another 19 years to get another Superman movie. It's been a hit with critics and is a financial hit, just not a runaway blockbuster hit. I think it will easily clear its heavy expense in the worldwide box office and then bring in the profit mostly from the merchandise and DVD sales. I think it's done well enough we'll definately get a sequel, and hopefully once more people see it at home through rentals and whatnot it will gain steam on the next movie and bring in more money. Sort of like how X-men has been gaining steam on every movie. |

Ha! That's good KSM!
Well I've seen all three movies now, and X-MEN III was my least favorite. Superman was really good, but I had a few major issue's with it. Now Pirates! Talk about a true summer, popcorn, leave your brain at the door and let's have some fun, movie! Nothing but action and humor! That's what I like in a summer film. That's where my vote went.

Well, not having seen the Pirates movie yet, I had to go with X3 (which I enjoyed more than Superman Returns, mainly because X3 turned out to be nowhere near as bad I was expecting, whereas Superman Returns turned out to be nowhere near as good).

Superman all the way.
I will never vote for a film where Wolverine gets what blatantly should have been Cyclops' storyline. And one where senseless shock things happen to only be reneged afterwards.
It was like They let Jeph Loeb write it and Jerry Bruckheimer produce it. I liked it don't get me wrong, but there was so much wrong with that movie. Superman was a good and solid return picture for Superman. They needed more Clark though, and about 30 minutes off the running time.
