I love Crazy Quilt. I love Crazy Quilt because he was the villain in the first Batman comic I ever read. I think its shocking he wasn't in the DC Encyclopedia.
Catman still isn't cool though. Like the man said, "C'mon its Catman... He had a Catamarran!"
Oh, and my own choice would have to be "The Blair Quilt Project" Although that does sound like an Amish 'local-history preservation through craft' type thing.

Starro? Hmmm, maybe. For something. Later. See Ramon, that's what I'm talking about! That Crazy Quilt is much more, er, interesting? Okay, it's disturbing actually. But much more interesting! Ha. Cool pic, btw.

Um, not to re-start the whole Crazy Quilt thing, but he sounds like a really neat re-vamp (incidentally, the Batman issue with him in it was one of the first comics I can remember reading, too!).
Oh, and Brother Blood is coming up in TT#1.

Then we'll make sure not to do that...

Professor Hugo Strange (criminally under-used in the comics. Since he knows Batman's identity, he should be as much of a threat as The Kingpin was to Daredevil, except a bit more psychological)
The Calculator (if Babs never became Oracle then presumably Noah's still running around in that groovy old outfit of his)
Onomatopoeia (a way to smuggle cool comic sound effects into a story)
Some of the more dopey characters like that guy with eyes on his fingers or Egg Fu or Terra-Man might also be fun.

Actually, the first Detective Comics arc here is a Hugo Strange one! It's very good and you should definately check it out. I also came very close to making a Calculator reference in Aquaman #3 but decided to skip it. I agree though, great character idea and one that is sure to be used here eventually. And Ramon is chomping at the bit to use Onomatopoeia so I'd bet you he shows up sooner or later too. And I love Terra Man! Ha!

I think Terra-Man could be fun. Not the stupid Ordway redo but the original space-faring cowboy!
