Do new books get released on the same day in Great Britain as they do here or do you have to wait a few weeks? Just curious. Your culture is so strange and mysterious (okay, it's practically just like ours but whatever).

I get money at the start of each month, and therefore have to wait till i can get into town to buy a months batch of comics!

Stuff does officially get released on the same day over here, although quite often I have to wait until the Thursday rather than Wednesday. For some reason the comics shops in Manchester seem to have agreed not to put new releases out until Thursdays. In other places they go out Wednesday afternoons generally.
