Something's up. Every time I've logged into DC2 the past couple of weeks, fewer and fewer images have been loading. First it was a lager cover image for one of my books (thumbnail's fine), now it's all the lil' icon buttons on the banner and above my "post message" window (as I type this, there's about 10 red X's where the emoticons used to be). Is anybody else having this problem, or is it just me?

It could be that your browser cache is full or the images in there have got corrupted somehow. Does clearing your browser cache make any difference?

That's a negative on cache-clearing. I've still got Xs everywhere. Happens on some other websites as well (including the WikiHow one you posted!). Funny thing is, it doesn't happen on my husband's side of the computer, we tested that.

Problem fixed: earlier today, my husband downloaded an update for Adobe (which has been popping up for a few weeks now but we kept ignoring), and now all my emoticons and pics are back up. Stupid computer was sabotaging me because I don't give a rat's patootie about Adobe! There's still 3 emoticons on this site that don't appear (Angry, Huh, and Embarrassed, according to the words next to the lil' Xs) but I think those are the same ones that had disappeared on me over a year ago, so go figure. I'm just glad everything's back, we were this close to doing a system restore/backup due to lack of ideas!
