Super Powers and Special Abilities: Humphrey has above normal intelligence and above normal strength.

History: At a young age Humphrey was involved in a horrible accident that costed him the lives of his parents. He was then placed into an orphanage where he gained the nickname Humpty Dumpty. He gained a lot of weight and started to developed O.C.D. He is obsessed in how things work. He would take things apart then try to put them back together. As he got older he became more deviant with his obsession. He would take small appliances and automobiles apart and try to put them together. They usually were wrong causing savior injury or death for the person using it. He later turned his attention to small animals and then humans. After the GCPD discovered Humphrey's bodies the media started calling him Humpty Dumpty. Humphrey now a forensic investigator with GCPD was assigned to his case. He would falsify evidences to cover up his crimes. Batman, with the help from Alfred, discovered who Humpy was. The defeat of Humphrey, landed him in the hospital where a mysterious benefactor helped rebuild him. Now armed with a new body, he sits in Arkham Asylum with a new body plotting his revenge against Batman
