Some really strong pieces in here! Loved the Zatanna pieces by Carlos and Tupper, but Adam, you really stole the show with your Justice League pics!
I personally am not a fan of T&A art, and as this book was just a collection of the stuff, it was kind of offputting. I mean, as much as I enjoy reading about Donna, Zee and Chloe, I don't really want to see them in their underwear... (Oh and Ramon, even if it wasn't my thing, that Chloe was one of my favourites)
So whilst I don't think this showing was as strong as earlier issues, big thanks and congratulations to the contributors! I can't wait for the next issue and what theme you come up with then!

Whew.
It was all good, but some high points include....
The Zatanna shirt shot.
Everything Power Girl.
The Donna Troy black pants with stars alternate costume.
The Donna Troy bathing suit.
And of course, I've said it before, I'll say it again; Art Teach has shown me a side of Wonder Woman I never knew existed. Pun intented. Woof!

Nice work guys and gal! I'm not a "fan" of T&A art, either---connossieur, would be more accurate ! And this was some quality stuff! Let's not pretend that a huge part of comics marketing these days doesn't depend on cheescake--- and this was some of the best fan art I've seen.

I really am not a fan of that kind of art either, it makes me feel real uneasy about myself. drawing fan art is one thing but when it starts to be just pictures of nearly nude women i feel perverted... but i'd look like a horrible sport if i didnt submit a damn thing and people seemed excited about doing that so i decided to give them their thing.
but thanks for the compliments guys! ;D

I think we did well with just 4 or 5 artists and short lead time. So kudos to those who jumped up and helped get the job done.
I think for a swimsuit issue we had much that was funny instead of cheesecake. Except for the cover and my Powergirl most pictures have more fun and attitude than cheesecake. I guess this goes to what you think is cheesecake. Is Greg Horn cheesecake? Is Adam Hughes cheesecake? What about Sin City?
Ramon in art school you will get over feeling dirty or queasy about drawing naked people. You will also quickly realize that art school models don't look anything like these ladies and gents we are drawing. Learn how to draw folds and bulges as soon as possible.

A great job all around for all of the artists involved with this project! Ramon's commentary was spot on from beginning to end. Great job as well pulling this all together! I don't see what the big deal is with all the mention of T&A pinups and cheesecake! This was a fun collection through and through. And sometimes fun should be fun. Loved the Zatanna pics and Chloe Sullivan was bad ass sexy! The JLA pics were awesome. Some of the pics from the various contests were nice to see together again and the Donna Troy controversy was also fun to see. My personal fav had to be the ensemble piece on the boat featuring tons of the lovely ladies of DC2. Speaking of tons, it was great to see Amanda Waller there as well. That made me laugh and think back to the joke of her in a bikini a long while back. Nice to see that someone remembered! My only complaint would be that the cover looked like ass!

I'd love to comment on this issue, but about 75% of the pics didn't come up. Maybe it's just not loading right today, I'll come back later. The ones I did see, however, were great...and Basil is the cutest lil' bunny ever!

Really nice work everyone...
I will say one thing...some of us that do art here have lives. Given the lead time on the "idea" of the cheesecake swimsuit edition, I think it is incredibly myopic to criticize the format of the pieces. I used pre-existing stuff. Had there been more time and had the specifics of the edition been reached longer than a week before, perhaps it could have been a more cohesively done presentation. As it is, I feel the work is above par for the Illustrated edition and if any of those reading this are displeased at the fact that there was 'normal' images mixed in with the titz and ass images, PLEASE, do not hesitate to PM me personally.
Again, great work everyone!

I wish I was able to submit some piece of artwork to that Swim Suit Edition. But my work would of been rejected for obsene amount of T and A that would of been involve in my pieces.

some pics are not showing. Yes, sorry about that. Some pictures got lost somewhere along the way unfortunately. Hope this didn't mar your enjoyment of the rest of the issue too much.
