Glad to have you onboard, mockingbird! not see you around the boards, glad to have some more people joining the fold.
Now, this issue was everything I could wish it to be considering the circumstances. The Joker was a threat here, and that cover depicted him beautifully. Bruce is reaching his breaking point, fair, to be honest, with what's going on.
I have a question: Ghul or Guhl? Curious.
This was a great issue Brian. You're the master of all the books you survey. Honestly. Loved it.

D'oh! Good chatch Charlie, I completely did not notice the spelling. I've gone in and changed it.
And I agree, I though the issue was excellently done, loved getting to read through it and proud to get to help make it as good as it can be!

Good stuff.
The Alfred/Tim fighting sequence struck me as something a golden or silver age writer might do. This is good.
Yeah, how IS Ra's manipulating Joker, anyway?

Another excellent issue. Your handle on Tim is fantastic. As was your handing of Bruce ugly side when it bubbles up.
Excellent read, buddy.

Glad to have you onboard, mockingbird! not see you around the boards, glad to have some more people joining the fold. Let me just say that Mock's first time out of the gate was stupendous. She added, altered, and fixed things that made me grin ear to ear, cause it sure made this issue pop a helluva lot more than it had! I bow to your Editorialship! The cover was awesome, wasn't it! This place is blessed with amazing cover artists, and Walnut is one of the best! And you're right, Charlie, Bruce is reaching critical mass. In fact, how far he will go to take out Mr. Ghul... errr... Guhl... well, whatever, will be even more apparent next issue! Ghul if Miller is writing it, but Guhl is Moore is writing it. Did that make sense. Thank you Charlie. 30 years of reading comics helped, but studying some true fanfic writers like you and many others on these boards is always what propells me to do better. Not sure about being the master of all the books I survey though, I can't even become the master of my own domain. oops.

I'm really enjoying the building frienship between Alfred and Tim. I hope it's a bit more unique than what DC has done... at least that was what I was aiming for. As for The Joker? Next issue will tell that tale, and bring back a dangling plot from two years ago... mwahahahahaha. ;D

Thank you, and thank you for giving me the opportunity to be part of this amazing storyline. I have to admit that I'm enjoying writing Tim, and hope that his character lives up to what everyone is expecting.

Very good stuff here. I liked all the various threads slowly weaving together, and I love seeing the Penguin reduced to the pathetic shell he should be. No, not a Penguin fan, so it's nice to see him in this position. LOL Seriously though, the drama, the tension, all are building nicely, and I really liked the small cutaways to Tim and Alfred as well. Those two are great and I look forward to more.
Great job, from writer and editor. Can't wait for next issue!
Take care Don

Oops, sorry Oswald, didn't see you sitting there. If you think this one is building, wait til you read the next issue. ;D And I'm glad you've noticed the Tim and Alfred stuff. I've enjoyed building that relationiship.

Life has been INSANE the last two months, so it's taken me a while to start catcyhing up on my reading.
And of course, one of the first had to be here.
As always... I'm never disapointed. Solid plot, tight dialogue, intreiging mystery... all mixed together into a great package.
I know this is going somewhere big... I can feel it. Where it's going I don't know... but I plan on taking the ride to see.
Best line: His lackey wasn’t sure how to answer that rhetorical question. To be fair, though, he didn’t really know what the world rhetorical meant, either.
Great stuff Bri. Looking forward to more.

Life has been INSANE the last two months, so it's taken me a while to start catcyhing up on my reading. Well, I hope life is slowing down a bit for you now. Aww shucks. That's very nice of you. I'm glad I haven't dissapointed you yet. Grant has a great story going on and I'm glad to be a part of it. Big? Oh, it's big! We're talking batusie big! LOL! I'm glad you liked that. It felt silly to me at the time, but I couldn't help myself. ;D The wait won't be long... hopefully. I'm furiously working away at our 30th issue celebration. Thank you for taking time out of your hectic schedule to read the tales of the Bat. It is much appreciated.
