This title has grown and matured with each issue, and this one is no different. I know I'm sold on a book when I want to start arguing with the characters, and boy did I want to step in and put Doreen in her place (loss or not).
My only complaint is that each issue feels a bit short. I'm really getting into it, and then suddenly it's done. I want more... MORE!!! ;D
The cover was excellent and I'm anxious to see how things develop with poor Ronnie. The poor guy does seem to have death lingering all around him.
I do hope we see Martin next issue, though. I missed him.

Wow. Just wow. I love the idea of a superhero living on what feels like borrowed time. While I hope you won't be killing off our nuclear power hero, the idea that the Matrix is bigger than the Prof - and apparently Ronnie - gives the idea that we shouldn't get too attached to this particular Firestorm. Loved the issue, but I have to agree with Starlord - where's the Prof?

Though I don't post in these letter comments very much, I do read them and I am grateful for your continued support of my story and the time you take to comment on them. Especially coming from someone who I respect and admire as a storyteller. I definitely feel like the title has grown a lot since the beginning, and that I've grown a lot along with it. In the beginning, I was nervous about how this was going to fit in with the continuity, which at the time was very intimidating for me being a new writer, but I think I've found my stride a couple of issues back and have been running forward ever since. As with the length of the issues, I try to keep them around 6-7 pages, single spaced. I have an incredibly short attention span, which makes typing anything more than that a chore. though these last two issues have been around 8 and 9 pages i believe. I have to agree with the cover, it is excellent. Working with Mischief is always a pleasure and I enjoy coloring his work. Ronnie does have a lot of death around him, and it's going to get worse, but as Harvey Dent said in that cinematic masterpiece known as the Dark Knight: "The night is always darkest before the dawn." Martin may be in the next issue for a little bit, but 11 and 12 will feature him big time as he undergoes a life changing moment. Again, thank you for the kind words.

I guess you're sort of right, that people shouldn't get too attached to this particular Firestorm. This issue is marking the end of the Ronnie Raymond/Martin Stein Firestorm, whoever, there are big changes in store for both of them. As for their final fates, well that's something you'll have to keep reading for. Thank you for reading and taking the time to comment.
