Well, I've already read it. This is my first published fanfic, story, or whatever you want to call it. I promise to try my best, and make good stories.
And this is my thank you speech:
Thanks to Idlewilder, for letting me do this, and my editor, speeddemon, for editing me, and helping me in the making. Also, to Borize, for such a great cover. Thanks to House of Mystery for doing some of the greatest comics I've read, and to everyone else that works here for doing this site so good.
And then, the non-site thanks. Thanks to my mom and dad, to my brother, to my sister, to me, to whoever created the Flash. And to whoever read my story. And if I didn't mentioned you, then you.
Thanks. I'll use this Oscar for the benefit of the entire world, because here we....

First off, congrats on getting for story out there Sebastian.
The killer cover from Borize really complimented the story nicely and was down right chilling. Loved it!
For your first story it wasn't bad. I did find some of it awkward at times. The flashback stuff to the Top's childhood was hard to follow at first but I think you really captured the psycho aspect of the character quiet well.
The story flowed well for the most part. It had a nice beginning with a little surprise twist to kick it off. I am not sure I followed to well with why Barry was losing his powers and then got them back? Pointing out the inner monologue at the end seemed a little odd as did some of the main dialog.
The mystery here involving the Rogues seems a little too familiar to me but I will hold of assuming too much for now.
I can tell you have a lot of enthusiasm and it shows in your writing. The Flash is my all time favorite DC character so I will be back next issue to see where you take the story next.

I had a chance to read this story before it was posted and I must say, it's a damn good one, your style flows and your characterisation rocks, but there were some points that I didn't like because they did seem VERY familiar, but overall, this was a ***** effort! Congrats!

Congrats on your first fanfic! Also great Oscar speech, I hate when they cut people off like that! I enjoyed the story and will be back for the next issue. Very nice take on The Top. I have to admit that I got a tad lost at times and had to go back and re-read some stuff, but it's early in the morning and I'm only on my second cup of coffee. All in all, nice job!

Great issue.
You know, the Top's characterization here made me think of something Geoff Johns said in an interview with Wizard magazine abut his run on Flash.
Johns talked about the moment in the "Rogue War" storyline where Captain Cold froze and smashed the Top. He said the Top was someone who believed he was better than everyone else, and he thought it'd be appropriate for a bruiser like Captain Cold to smash him up.
Heh, this rocks.

Great job, Zoom!
This was just an out and out fun issue to read. I love where you are taking Barry and Iris' relationship, and the focus on the Rogues. Can't wait to see where this story goes!
And bye-the-bye, the reason some of this stuff may seem familiar, I think, is because I sense a strong continuity between this run and the previous writer's--- I believe Charlie was setting up a story with the rogues, as well, that works well with what you plan to do here!
And who is that mysterious villain that sweeps the Top away at the end?!?
Riz, another fantastic cover. Your presence will be sorely missed on this title! But next month, we welcome a new cover artist--- and can we do any better than Ramon Villalobos...?

The Flash is my all time favorite DC character so I will be back next issue to see where you take the story next. That is my fault actually. I wasn't very clear on what was going on with Barry's powers in the prologue. He hasn't lost his powers, they are just diminishing. Just think of it like a water bottle that has been punctured with a pin: it is losing water very slowly so you don't really notice the difference. Barry is still suffering from his diminished powers, and that plot will be resolved later in the arc. As for this seeming very familiar, it was supposed to seem that way because of who is the mastermind behind it. You will see later on by what I mean. I guess nobody saw the references I made in the prologue about certain characters. I thought it would be very evident. I just want to congratulate Zoom on an awesome issue and a sincere goodbye to Borize. may your pencil never grow dull!

I too enjoyed this issue. I haven't had to do so yet, but I kow it would be a difficult task to follow Mr. HoM on any title that he has taken and made his bitch in the past. Not to mention the other awesome issues by Brandon and others that have come before you. Good job on doing so and welcome to the whacky world of the DC2!

The Barry-Iris relationship stuff was all speeddemon!!! Yeah!
Next issue will be more action, more straight.
And the villain at the end is the Question. Because, well, he appears everywhere.

The Question? Freakin' Charlie! It all makes sense now! All kidding aside just have fun writing your story and the rest will take care of itself you know?

So nobody really caught the references to the first 90 issues of Wally's run as the Flash and Max Mercury? Wow, I guess it must have been really obscure.
