Apologies for the extension of the issue, from two issues to three. Dave suggested we split #2 into two issues because apparently it was too long. So as long as we all read "long" as "epic" I think we'll be ok. Hope you enjoy this!

I've been lurking around for a while. Just had to leave a comment. To coin a phrase: "This is going to be a masterpiece." Maybe we could squeeze out a fourth issue?

I took this on the plane with me as well and have to say that this is turning out to be my favorite Question story yet. What has really tripped my trigger on this one is that there is a building of an actual cast of characters. BRAVO!!! And the Answer is extremely well done. Although I thought the Answer was 42? Brilliantly written, and extremely tight scripted, this is Charlie doing what Charlie does best. Giving us an extremely dark look at what it is to be a hero. Excellent cover, as well. 5 stars.

That was the intention of this mini, Brian, build Hub City into an actual place, and fill it with real people! Thanks for noticing and enjoying And the Answer is extremely well done. A good issue. Lots of tension in the various scenes, and the cast of characters all coping with various aspects of the events in the Hub are well-realized. Something about the story seemed a bit too scattered for me...maybe it was that a lot of the scenes were very short, and made to seem disjointed, to add to the kind of surreal noir feeling of the setting, but it just left me a bit uncertain about the story. The Answer is a good villain though, and the showdown between the Question and the Answer should be fun to read.
Take care Don

Take care Don This issue was originally intended to the second and final part of the miniseries, but Dave said it was too long (obviously not remembering what we did with the Quarterly series... Yikes...) so the fact that it's been cut in half probably doesn't help the story. I intend to, when I get "#3" back, add a bit more overall, because this is just... I don't know. I can totally see where you're coming from. And the Answer is creepy, non? I love it
