Now that's what I call a cliff hanger!!! Great job Idle! I really have been enjoying this series and this issue was no exception.

Fantastic! Once again... a Wonder Woman book I actually enjoy reading!
I will say the unexpected 'fates' of some of the characters stopped me in my tracks & forced me to re-read the scenes... Hell hath no fury like Diana unleashed! Next issue can't come quick enough!
And special kudos to Brandon for rescuing my minimalist cover... turning it into something truly cool looking!

As editor to this title, I'm privy to the inner workings of this title. And I was really psyched for this book this month, but on Wednesday, I remember that I had already read it, so my excitment was a bit ruined. Damn you Dave, damn you for writing greatness!

ARRRRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH! I never expected this outcome! My word, I'm tired. What a battle! I'm with Lantern Lad. Never had too much interest in reading WW but this is on the top of my list! You Rock!

Thanks! I believe that there is so much potential in the WW mythos that has never been explored (or at least in a drastic way), that I'm willing to take some chances with this title. In fact, this story arc is my most ambitious one to date, a dress rehearsal for the universe-wide Issue Ten Event coming in August of '06! Look for some more surprises and shockers coming in the next issues--- and the true Enemy has yet to be revealed!
SPOILER (highlight):
For those of you wondering, that was, indeed, the death of both Zeus and Hippolyta. Zeus is gone for good, but Polly lives on in the pages of JSA: Legends of the Golden Age when that title resumes in February!

Truly amazing writing, David. I can't express how much I've enjoyed this story so far, but I might have to say it's my favorite one to read at the moment. Very well played action, never boring or confusing in any way whatsoever (traps of doing this level of action in writing I would think). Looking forward anxiously for the next month!

It was kind of a Han Solo moment, if I do say so myself...

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO NOT ZEUS. WHY? Ares has a lot of explaining to do when they finally find him.

At last! Somebody pointed out the conspicuous absence of the God of War! Where is he, indeed?
As for why Zeus--- well, his crime of kin-slaying finally caught up with him! The Furies must have one hell of a back-log...
What will happen on Olympus now? Who will fill the power vaccuum? And just who or what is behind this assault on the Gods and their Amazons?
Be here next Wednesday as some of those answers are revealed!

What the Deuce? A four parter? Here I thought all was going to be revealed in this issue, but no! Now you have added to much more to this I can't possibly see how it can end in just one more issue! But of course it wont end there. You came into this and laid out so much ground work for the future of this character and series. I can't wait to see what happens next. Who is the main villain? Whats up what Steve Trevor? If Godfrey's around then you know what that means! You killed off Zeus! Power Vacuum indeed! Where in the Hells is Ares? How will Dania react to her mothers death? Maybe move over to DC3 and see if mommy can stay alive there? All this and the Cheetah and the intro of the Silver Swan! Great stuff!

I wasn't going to review until the end of the storyarc but... Oh my God what just happened?!
The best thing about this issue is that everything happens in it and it doesn't feel cluttered and doesn't lose pace. I love this storyline and can't wait to see what happens next. Hence, I shall go and read it.
