I am really getting a great deal of enjoyment from this series. Thanks to David, I've taken a notice in Diana that I never did before. Great job as always! Can't wait for the next issue!

I've never enjoyed a Wonder Woman arc as much as I have this! It's really developing into an intriguing, excellent tale. Exalt!

Boy, This sure beats the navel examination and soapbox preaching that has been the Wonder Woman series over the last three years. I let my subscription laps because I couldn't stand to see what they where doing to her (since IC it has gotten better). That said your story remind me of the great storylines when Diana was first rebooted back in the 80's. You have a great grasp of Greek life and mythology.
The most impressive part is your abilty to smoothly switch from speech patterns and attitudes of a greek god to a US Marine. Very professional writing.
Also the cover art is awesome that Drdread is incredible. I don't think I would have done one thing differently on that cover. Oh! wait, I did that cover. Whose this Drdread and is he getting my paycheck also? What no paycheck ;D

now I am not sure... but I THINK that there was a mix up in the credits. probably attributed to Doc being the cover guy on WW since... forever and it was a thing of habit, or copying and pasting. Great cover though Artteach, The popsicle idea was a real winner.

Thanks to all, but especially to ArtTeach, who is now properly credited for his excellent cover! While I'm a fan of Rucka's WW, it was Perez' reboot in the 80s that initially drew me to the character, and mainly what I'm drawing upon for this initial arc--- which should, BTW, wrap up by issue 7 or 8--- and then look for Diana's life to go in a startling new direction!

BTW, any guesses on who the Olympian traitor is, or what's going on with Hippolytus? And for that matter, what does everyone think of the idea of an Amazon Prince? Kinda seems a contradiction, no?

It is, but a clever one at that. He's accepted readily, but who knows what kind of coersion is going on...

Another GREAT issue David! I've never enjoyed a Wonder Woman story before yours. I know I've said it before in previous lettercols, but I mean it!
I knew that bastard was no good the moment he arrived on Paradise Island!
I also echo the sentiments expressed by Artteach, who, by the way, did an amazing job on the cover (as usual!)... My guess as far as the traitor goes... I really have no idea. I'd say Hades or Ares... but knowing you and your writing style, I'd say those are both way too obvious!
