I loved this. I liked that there was interaction between heroes, and a nice build up of tension with this Savage the Younger.
What does everyone else think?

thanks Crow,
without John's, your's editorships and Roy's awesome covers.. this book would be impossible to do.
I really appreciate all of your time and efforts. My time at DC2 has been fun and I am looking forwarding to surprising some folks in the near future.

This was a very enjoyable issue. I had no idea that Savage had a son, but the character was itself was given a very sinister and dark feel.
The Wonder Woman stuff was fascinating and I liked the interaction with some of the other Leaguers.
I can't wait to see where the new writer goes with this story. Great job, though!

Ahh but is it really Savage's son or is he the real deal?
And what exactly is Ares doing or not doing?
Interesting...

*has to stay mum on the issue... ...* I will say that these next two issues lead into a major event though.

I really wanted to like this issue--- and I did, to a certain extant, because I think it has great story potential--- but it has some serious problems, too. Serious enough to put me off. The writing is laced with some pretty distracting grammatical and punctuation errors, not to mention some almost comical malapropisms. There are some sentences that are so overwrought that they make no sense. Please, please, please, folks, be more careful! Maybe a closer partnership between writer and editor is called for? Wonder Woman should be a spotlight title, but this was downright painful to read at times ... That being said, I think this storyline has the potential to be great. The son of Savage is an interesting development, and Kasnia seems poised to take the place of the Nazis as universally-reviled bad guys. And something is obviously going on with the Olympian Gods, something involving Arion and ancient Atlantis! I liked seeing Aquaman, and hope he has a part in the coming conflagration. I am excited about this direction, and hope the ceative team can overcome some basic technical problems, and live up to the greatness of this title!
