MOCKINGBIRD:
Still fantastic, writer I can barely take credit for this, Don did all the work. I gotta say, "shrink the world" is one of my favorite moments. It's a great villain line, kinda sums up how much power he wants to have. The team-up of Polly, Steve and Ra's is so well-done. And little baby Diana's got so many great things to grow up to do The All-Star special is a great story in its own right, and a great finale to Polly's stint as Wonder Woman

This is a great issue and a great start to the next great series here on Earth Five. Hard to believe, but it actually gets even better from here.
There's a lot going on here in this action packed tale, blending several very different agendas and characters, things are are sure to reverbarate from these events in the years to come.
I love the interplay between Ra's, Hippolyta and Steve Trevor over the course of this adventure, you guys are able to weave a lot of history here without getting bogged down by it.
I like the multiple agendas as well, everyone seems to have something to gain in all this, and the stakes clearly couldn't have been higher, you bring all of that to life in a visceral way throughout the issue.
It was a really great job you guys did with this and I enjoyed t a great deal. It's really a shame that the artist hasn't come through with the cover yet, but I'm sure you'll get something soon to enhance this already great issue.

HOUSE of MYSTERY
You weren't kidding Don. This was just simply amazing. "The Agent"? It just works, dammit! The characterisation was spot on, and even though I may be a UDCU novice, it was so accessible. The plot was so tight (dense, even ) and the dialogue between Ra's, Polly and Steve was masterful (Tim's right there!). And the final moments, with Ra's calling Polly on her debt to him? Masterful. Ra's al Ghul is one of my favourite characters ever when used correctly, and here you do damn well sure use him right!! As you told me what was coming next, a plot that will weave out into the rest of the UDCU, I was amazed at the scope of this issue. I may very well be back for UWW#1, if this issue is anything to go on.

Finally found the time to read this issue. I can only repeat what the other said before. Loved the interaction between Polly, Ra's and Steve. Kobra was the weakest character in this story for me. You fleshed the other characters out so good that he felt some kind of flat.
The epilogue surprised me most. I knew Ra's was going to collect Polly's debt, but after reading the letter and hearing a man was in the royal halls and knowing that Steve was "somewhere" I expected the man to be him. Took me by surprise. lol.
I'm looking forward to read UWW. Well done.
