Well, i really loved the whole series... Yet... Just when it shows the orgin of the Batman's worse enemy... It just ends? If i remember correctly its been almost four years since another issue... I liked this batman series especially, one of my favorate so far. But, it really makes me sad to see that it ended so quickly! It showed, in detail how Batman became the batman!

Thanks to DHug for bringing this thread to the most recently posted section, I'm an issue in and already sold.
As a modernized take on Batman's early activities this is really compelling material. As has been said, there's a nice level of attention given to detail, you've clearly approached this with a practical sense of how Batman would work (which has led to a few minor changes - to his public persona as a man still in grief rather than as a fop, say) and do an excellent job of demonstrating your thoughts.
Issue #1 down, and I'll be back for the rest later.
