I'm finally thinking seriously about self-publishing a PDF and/or e-book of a novella I wrote last spring, and I'd like to get a professional cover for it, and maybe some interior art if I could figure out how to format everything (for that matter, advice on formatting would be greatly appreciated).
The novella is a re-telling and re-imagining of the novel Don Quixote, transposed onto a superhero setting. Donald Quesada, a lifetime comic book superhero fan, takes the leap of dressing up and training himself to be The Silver Cloak and fight crime! Following the original novel, a lot of the story is about fandom (the last three-quarters of the story are set at a convention hotel) more than it is about superhero stories themselves.
I will pay for a great piece of art to make a cover, I haven't given a lot of thought to how much I want to spend but I'll work with people. If you're interested at all, please reply or PM.

Thanks for the encouragement; Joe is going to do the cover at least. I'll definitely put up a link when I get the whole thing ready for anyone who wants to buy it.
